He went above and beyond with the service call, and didn't try to oversell us on services. He did mention their protection plan, but we opted out since it's so sporadic that we need them here it wasn't worth the $12.95 a month. (We find this very affordable!) He replied back that he would be back on Thursday or Friday. Josh stopped by afternoon on Thursday.
