I stupidly had ordered a Verizon phone (I have Sprint), so that part is my fault. However, the rudeness was so unnecessary and abrupt. Even upon entering the store, they didn't say hello, didn't ask us if we need help, nothing. It was not only uncomfortable, but very uninviting. You could tell they just didn't want any customers and they didn't want to be there. Also, typically a good/professional customer service employee asks you what else they can help you with and they at least try to help you find a new phone in their store. My husband and I felt like they basically pushed us out of the store. Very miserable guys there.

I contacted corporate and they were able to provide me with credits due to the incompetency of the staff at this place. I had to leave and go to the dentist so i ended up coming back later that day to follow through.. before i left i had mentioned that we had a business.. the manager said oh you do!! Do you have a Tax ID, i can probably get you a $3,000 credit limit, i gave him the info and went about my way. My fiancé and i came back to switch over our phones and all went well.. we ended up paying NOTHING and went about our day. The next day we came back to trade in our stepdaughters phone and they told me "they forgot to tell me i had to pay $252" so i figured okay that's it, that's fine. As were in the process of finishing everything they tell me it's going to be around the $800 range now and i of course, lost it. How does it go from $170, to $252 to $800.... so they took some accessories off and the lowest total they could give me $785. And then they decide to tell me "well the business didn't help so we could only get the $1800 spending limit" wouldn't that be what they should have told me to start???? We had already switched 2 phones over and traded in so we could not get our phones back and stay with AT&T. So the manager goes on to tell me i won't have a bill until March because of the $785 i paid today.. 3 days before Christmas!!!!!!!!!!!!! If i knew i was paying $785 i wouldn't have switched AND i look on my app and guess what.. A BILL!!! It may be a small one but it's January???? Not March! Honestly just really upset and my Christmas was ruined because of the unexpected money i had to spend.. not happy AT ALL.

Went into the store today to turn in a phone (no number on it and found out it was costing me $40/month) and both employees, one from corporate, said they could not accept the phone in store and I required a return package sent via mail. Longer return process = more money for them? Who knows. I went home and called customer service who told me I could keep the phone since I paid the monthly fee for so long. The fee is now removed from my bill and I'm done. Why bother to even keep paying overhead on this brick and mortar location.
