We were in need of supplies for a new project in our backyard. When we arrived there was some commotion in the front. From what I overheard it was to do with a minor fender bender. The owner "Mike" ( I heard two other employees refer to him by name) parked a forklift behind the ladies car to prevent her from leaving. Two other people were translating for her offering her insurance information. But mike kept making horrible remarks to them. " why are you here in the middle of the day. Are you unemployed" " just give me cash and I'll let you go" " why are you wearing a California sweater? To remind you where you are?" I mean this guy was so childish. Shame on you for trying to intimidate these people. I couldn't spend my money here after seeing this. I hope the lady held her ground and didn't give him anything but her info. ‍ read more

What can i say.. Went in here to grab something for the garden. Annd the Manager starts being condescending and making assumptions about what im doing wrong in my garden.. I try to explain that i just need a certain nutrient. Manager keeps trying to give me a goddamn school lesson on growing while im standing in front of him in a full leg splint (Torn MCL).. And im like can i just get the nutes or is there somewhere close by where i can? The Manager gets super mad and tells me to leave his store and says "you should have a cane if standing hurts!".. WORST PLACE TO GO! THE OWNER IS A JOKE! I called this place first before going in to check in and see if they had the product I was looking for and sure enough they did. I head in to buy it and manage to get there in time right before they closed and made the purchase from the owner Mike. When I got home I opened my product and noticed it was gelled and thick and just was not right, sure enough the expiration date on the bottom of the bottle was A YEAR OLD! Being that it's closed called the next day to see if I can return it and get some other things I needed the lady that answered the phone said I could return for store credit and purchase something else and she said yes. I traveled to the store to do so and when I'm returning the item the so called "Owner Mike" just walked out f the office on his phone and told the lady to just return the money and business with me was done. OUT OF NO WHERE. No explanation not even trying to pay attention I couldn't be more mad at a place and upset like people seriously don't go here. IF YOU GO HERE AND THEN RETURN SOMETHING HE WILL PROBABLY JUST GET MAD. Take your business else where cause this guy definitely needs help before business. read more
