I don't know where the owner was but then a kind person from the location next door went to grab who I thought was the owner. Seems like maybe a partner or family member? They didn't know how much the air plant was or if they had more and had to call the owner to confirm. I hate giving mediocre reviews but I wish there were more plants or that there was somewhere there to answer my questions!

I can't say for sure if this is the most racist store in the Bay Area, but it's definitely competing for that title. I will not be coming back. The level of discomfort and perceived discrimination is unacceptable.
