We called this company about 7pm and they had a guy out to us within an hour with the proper tire. After fixing the bad tire we followed him back to the shop so we can have the other tire replace the next morning. Coincidentally our Air dryer went bad along the way and we barely made it. All these guys here were awesome, got the part ordered and made sure we had what we needed until the part came in. The cost was very reasonable for the services received and I highly recomend them if you have an emergency situation in their area.. They replaced both rear tires, the air dryer assembly and provided what we needed to boondock while repairs were being done.

At any rate, once I pulled around I realized I was now sandwiched in between the tow truck and another customer who pulled up behind me. Because I had to get back to work, I cancelled my order and asked the tow truck driver to pull his truck up a couple of feet to allow me to pass. He refused. I explained that I cancelled my order and obviously there was a line forming behind me and I really needed to get back to work. The tow truck driver told me that I would have to wait for him to load the broken car up before he would allow me to pass. Fortunately the car behind me got frustrated too and left after about 10 minutes of going back and forth with the driver. I was finally able to leave and super annoyed by a towing experience that I had NOTHING to do with. I was a few minutes late for work, which is not a big deal but completely unnecessary. The driver was a total tool and told me his time was more valuable than mine, which was news to me. Obviously, I called the company to file a complaint and had the pleasure of speaking with Katelin, the dispatcher. I think I must've interrupted her because she was completely annoyed and bored by what I had to say. She literally yawn into the phone...y'all she yawned. Then she proceeded to explain to me why my time was not as important as the tow truck driver's time and promptly hung up on me when she was done.
