A co worker was kind enough to bring them in for free chair massages and consultations. In ten minutes their massage therapist removed three knots in my shoulders. I might mention I have tried every type of massage and never had someone that good....ten minutes??!! I decided to give them a go. After just two appointments to diagnose me (which were both free) and two regular appointments I am already very impressed. My back has felt better than it has in years and both the doctors are amazing. They genuinely care about me as a person and make certain I am comfortable with my treatments and knowledgeable about the process. They listen to me and adjust my treatments based on my actual state of being and preferences. The rest of the staff are all super friendly, helpful and also care from the ladies at the front desk to the massage therapists as well. She takes the time to get to know her patients, which makes it easier to relax during the massage. I am normally so uncomfortable having anyone work on my neck, but with her I almost fall asleep! Over the year my back pain has gone down from a 9 to a 5 and Liberty was a bug part of that. She also helped me figure out which muscles were tightening and better ways to describe my pain to my physical therapist, so that I got more out of my care. For my birthday I decided to treat myself and splurge for the wrap she does, and it was AMAZING!! I have never done a wrap before, so I didn't know what to expect, but was happy with the service. It was like being swaddled! She also used a light therapy device on my face while the wrap was going, which felt very high end spa. The doctors really focus on helping patients find a higher level of overall well being. I love that they treat the whole person. Their depth of knowledge and experience with all kinds of natural treatments has been tremendously helpful to me. For one thing, I am much lighter than I was when I started there, though that wasn't even my goal, or the focus of my treatment. With compassion, they helped me get my body in balance. Then the weight came off very easily and naturally. I also used to have quite a bit of low back pain, but not anymore.
