I have been working with Danielle Schantz, D.P.T., for a few months and she has totally helped me regain full mobility. I suffered a foot and ankle issue months ago and I tried some of the larger physical therapy facilities in the area, such as the one associated with the widespread university system. However, they were not able to provide the customized solutions and personalization that Danielle prescribed in our first month together despite months of continued therapy with the other two organizations who treated me. The place is run by a Physical Therapist/PTA team, so you can attend for therapy, or join the gym. The equipment in the gym is really unique - it's technogym equipment, so it helps you count and pace your reps, and tracks the weight you use. Since the facility is within the Bill Grays Iceplex, you can use technology on the cardio machines to watch any of the ice rinks (in case you're there during your kid's hockey practice). You can also listen to music, watch YouTube, or travel through various "trails" on the cardio equipment as you work out. And the staff are medical professionals, so they will make sure you have a great program and answer your questions. As for the PT side, Matt & Rob are great and personal. I'd highly recommend them!
