My Mom ( Alice Oswald ) was being cared for over 4 years by the staff at Aaron Manor. Admittedly,…read moreI ( Jonny Angel ) was a bit apprehensive when she arrived there in 2020 & then Covid hit to make matters worse. My trust and appreciation for everyone grew as the years rolled by. I can't say enough good today ( one week after Mom passed away) about my interactions with everyone there. I was in the facility hundreds of times as the initial diagnosis of 6 months to live stretched into 50 plus months ! I can't help but wonder if the professional employees/ caring staff had something to do with her persevering through strokes , COVID , Parkinson's & more. Thank you for all the support , hugs , laughs and tears at the end. The Oswald family and I will never forget the love , care & help provided by Aaron Manor for the entirety of Moms stay . May the " only true God " bless and support you guys in the future. I highly recommend this facility, these services and staff to anyone in a situation like ours. Mom and the family are were filled with gratitude and I'm 100# sure she would have approved of this messages.

This was Dad's first time at Aaron Manor for rehab and it went like this...First off the facility…read morewas nice enough for most folks and thus I feel it was as comfortable as a nursing facility can be...Nobody looks forward to nursing homes or funeral homes, but one or both are needed by almost everyone sooner or later...I digress...The staff was friendly and did what had to be done when it came to the rehabilitation process...I give mad props to those who work in these facilities, the job is tough on many levels...The food could only be described as institutional and again the dietary requirements dictate the menu of this I'm certain...So in closing I feel dads rehab went well enough and I hope he stays healthy enough to not need more rehab...

Do not use this office if you want to be treated with any respect after 10 years of them…read moreprescribing painkillers Sarah is a very condescending and has no respect toward patients

This is the second Pain Management practice I've been to in Rochester and it's just awful. For some…read morereason it came highly recommended (Dr. Nemani did, but I was never allowed to schedule with him. Only Sarah, the Physicians Assistant I think, and Dr. Ng for injections). The staff is rude and incompetent. They treat you as though you're interrupting them instead of helping you schedule, check in/out, etc. The wait time is always excessive, even when you arrive early (I've had between 10-20 appts here and have never waited less than 20 minutes from my scheduled time just to get into an exam room). At my initial visit I explained that I was dissatisfied with my previous Pain Mgmt Dr because all he did was administer injections after injections, that were of little to no relief. Dr. Ng's solution was more injections. When I came in for the appt., after waiting almost 40 minutes I was finally taken to the procedure room with Dr. Ng and an Assistant/Nurse (not sure what her title was, but she was actually very sweet and supportive). As he asked about my specific issues, without warning he stuck me in the neck 6 times with needles. When he was done (even though I hadn't answered his question yet) he told me the Assistant would help me and he walked out. He was in the room a total of 90 seconds at the most. After a serious of failed injections, failed medications, failed physical therapy and a worsening condition, they finally admitted they had no idea what was wrong or how to help and referred me to a neurosurgeon (that also didn't help). I also received a TENS unit as part of my treatment through this office. It was a big help except I had to buy my own replacement pads (which I was told would be provided monthly) and when it malfunctioned it took a months worth of calls to the office, the local reps and the corporate office. Still no resolution. I shouldn't be surprised, when they set the appt for me to pick up the unit they set it at their Culver office. I showed up 15 minutes early and the office was closed. The rep was in the hallway and we had to do the appt right there. SUPER PROFESSIONAL!
