Overall interactions were unprofessional for someone who is supposed to be there for the patient. The receptionists I interacted with were rays of sunshine and inviting/called you by your name. I can't speak highly enough about their demeanor. Also Tony, one of the therapists, seemed very friendly and professional with his clients. If I were to give the location a 2nd chance it would be with him. If you choose STAR then keep in mind you may have to be your best advocate, not the person who's job is to help guide you.
