The owner quoted my parents and me two different prices and charged us for a premium package that included security--yet no security was provided, despite us paying for it. 3 hours before the end of the event, the owner repeatedly turned on the lights, which caused many of our guests to leave early. We were also charged for projector screens that we were unable to use due to a lack of proper connections, and no refund was offered. Overall, the experience was horrible, and my mother's party was completely ruined.

Friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and has a great sense of humor - thank goodness he has all of these for the 3 ring circus that rolled in the day of the shower! I was so happy to see the baby blue and pastel yellow napkins and table runner (It's a boy!). It was cute and classy at the same time. Russell had decided to move us to another room within the facility, and we did not expect it and were speechless when we saw it. He told me we'd be more comfortable in the larger room (We'd had a bigger number than we'd originally thought.), and I thought that was just really nice of him to think of the customer that way. We chose a lunch buffet that was delicious and not so heavy. It's super hot here, and I don't think anyone wants to have a huge lunch. My mom & I had made all the desserts, but all of my serving pieces were in storage. Russell and crew took care of that! They made my desserts look so pretty I almost didn't believe that I had made them! I had also opted for the chocolate fountain because -pregnant lady! Speaking of the staff. My gosh, they were so nice!! So polite, but smiling and laughing with us. It just makes the event even better, more joyful somehow. I hope they had fun with us too and don't think we're nuts! Our wedding date was chosen off of the availability of this beautiful property. They had the house set up so the wedding party could get ready inside. They have a giant gazebo where we said our vows. We had over 200 people join us so know they can accommodate a large function. We were able to have a dress rehearsal here as well. The grounds are beautiful. They have a bush garden maze. They provided a large tent. I mean huge! It was filled with tables and a dance floor that fit all of us! It kept everyone warm in the colder weather. Plenty of places for photos. It has been closed thr past few years. I was so glad to see it open again. Back in 1995 our entire wedding including venue dress, tux rental, cake, dj, flowers, rings, catering and honeymoon was just under $4k! My mom covered the catering thr venue back then was $1500 and that left No debit. We were simple folk but thanks to Nardini Manor their coordination and all that they provided our special day went flawless and was super beautiful. Nardini Manor is timeless.

After not receiving responses, I had to follow up on June 16 just to get an answer. I toured the venue on June 19 and came back for a second tour on July 23 because we were seriously considering booking our wedding there. After the second tour, I followed up on July 28 to let them know we wanted to move forward with booking. Since then, I've heard absolutely nothing, despite multiple follow-up emails. It should not take weeks to receive a response from a wedding venue, especially when a couple is ready to sign a contract and pay a deposit. Communication is one of the most important parts of planning a wedding, and this experience was incredibly frustrating. If communication is this poor before booking, it doesn't inspire confidence in what the rest of the planning process would be like. The venue itself is beautiful, but based on my experience, I would not book here and cannot recommend it to other couples. There are plenty of venues that value their clients and communicate in a timely manner.
