They handled everything start to finish including the garden ceremony, the indoor reception, the food, decorating, everything at a very affordable price. Carmen is the woman who mostly runs it and she was fantastic, even calming me down when I was stressing about head counts. Our ceremony was in June on a Sunday afternoon and it was VERY warm out, but we made it brief and they had refreshments to keep everyone cool. The reception went off without a hitch and the food and everything was on time and many of my guests complimented it. The decorations and center prices that were handled by the venue were beautiful. Our package even included a sparkler send off and a limo home. Not that we will need their services again, but we would definitely recommend them to any couple looking for the perfect place at the right price.

Being a frequent business traveler, I've stayed at this location a few times. After I was told this wasn't an option, I said no problem I'll see you tonight. Without my approval, the hotel canceled my reservation and charged me the night stay. I've left multiple messages with the manger requesting an explanation and haven't received a call back in two weeks. I fully understand the cancellation policy however feel a return call isn't too much to ask for. Rooms are fine but I'll be staying somewhere else from now on.

Staff kept coming over to "check" on us like we were kids .we are over 50 yrs old, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable.
