I was just being rubbed on, for someone that works out as I do that's just a waste of my time. I left with the same stiffness and knots....not feeling rejuvenated at all. Which is disappointing seeing others had better experiences. My assessment was that she was new and not the best match for me or the massage. My therapist was not as skilled as I would have hoped for the price Now asks for. My recommendation is that Now should do a better job of paring therapist to the client and type of massage, I do not see myself going back after this experience.

Susan refused to accommodate this preference and stated that she would not continue the appointment if I chose to remain face down. I found this approach unnecessarily confrontational and dismissive of my comfort level. Throughout the session, there appeared to be no consistent technique, rhythm, or treatment plan. She repeatedly asked me to make various arm and body movements during the massage, something I have never experienced with any other massage therapist. The constant interruptions made it difficult to relax and seemed to disrupt the flow of the session.
