The end result of my hair looked absolutely nothing like the photo that I had shown her. What a big mistake. After spending $150 on my hair, I left ready to cry. After trying to contact the hairdresser and getting excuses as to why my hair wasn't done the way that I asked, I ended up having my daughter fix my hair with a boxed hair dye. This woman actually wanted to charge me even more money to "fix" her botched work. I would not let that woman touch my hair again even if it were free. Worst salon experience ever. Be forewarned.

Her name is Lorena Diaz, and she currently has a chair at Bruneau's in downtown Casa Grande. From the outside, it's an unassuming little storefront on Florence Street, but inside it is a very classy, comfortable, posh salon! Leticia was my hairstylist, and she did a great job! She gave me a shampoo (which I desperately needed anyway, and there's something about someone else washing your hair that is just so luxurious!) and then asked me what I wanted. I said cut off no more than an inch and so I can still put a ponytail holder in my hair if I want. She listened and followed my directions to a T! She blow-dried my hair afterward which I hadn't requested but she didn't charge me! She also trimmed my eyebrows at no charge! She was very friendly and we even found out we have a friend in common! I'm afraid this particular stylist didn't deliver. I have lengthy, straight hair that requires no special treatment. This should have been a straight-forward haircut. Yet, the stylist repeatedly missed several strands of hair throughout the appointment. I pointed out some of the loose strands but, understandly, did not catch them all. Had to rush home to care for my infant and only after a thorough shampoo did I appreciate how lacking the haircut was.
