I told them where and when it happened and they have refused to pay for it and refused to pay the $500 deductible that I will owe to get all this fixed. Their insurance company, Propel Insurance asked if I had video of the incident, and we don't, but they know when and where their trucks travel. I hired them, a little worried since the other company said they were the only ones who would remove debris. They were great with communication and were prompt on the day of service. I could hear them working away and a few hours later I walked outside and it looked like a totally different house! The crew did such an amazing job and were polite and friendly. They needed their trailer to haul the debris (there was so much!) and asked if they could leave it for one day and come get it tomorrow. I agreed. They actually ended up cleaning it up later that day and my walkway and drive were cleaner than it was before they started. After excavating the driveway and putting in the gravel, Colby came back twice to ensure that the gravel was level and there was no puddling. Fantastic! Then, when it came time to do the coloring for the patio, they took the time to make sure the weather was going to allow the color to cure. I was impressed that they took the time to do the job right, even though it meant waiting a couple weeks for the rain to subside long enough to do it. It happened to be the hottest weekend of the year over 90° but there they were working hard to get the job done. Upon completion, the house and surrounding area was left cleaner than when they started. I was concerned about a lot of pots and things I had around the house. I moved everything I could, but they were very careful with the things we were not able to move and covers them up on their own. I have had several people in my neighborhood who have also used them for their roofs over the last several years that I know of, and have been very happy with them as well. I am writing to express our disappointment with how our property was treated during the recent…read moreroofing project Cloise and Mike Construction, Inc. provided. While the roof itself appears to be well done, the condition in which our property was treated and left is unacceptable. During the course of the work, your crew drove over shrubbery in our backyard in order to fit vehicles, smashing them flat and causing damage to the established landscaping. They also cut limbs from a tree we planted years ago as a memorial, leaving it disfigured. At no point were we asked for permission to cut any limbs or shrubs, nor were we informed that this had been done--we discovered the damage on our own afterward. The limbs were not properly removed but instead discarded onto other vegetation, leaving us to clean up the debris. Additionally, plants were cut back to accommodate vehicles in the rear driveway, and several bushes were run over and flattened. Old plywood removed from the roof was thrown onto our deck, landing on outdoor furniture. Crew members also walked through and stood in garden areas, trampling new spring bulbs. We were particularly surprised to find that a log had been dragged out of the forest and onto our lawn for use as a seat during break time, and then left there for us to remove. We understand that roofing can be a messy job with missed nails on the ground or some debris that had blown into bushes etc., but we chose to work with a small, local business in hopes of receiving more care and respect for our home and property. Unfortunately, this experience has not reflected that expectation.

Ended up leaving it because it "never should have been quoted at 14 feet and that guy was fired" Ask for a price adjustment due to 2' shorter. Mean office girl said I was already getting a deal, so no discount. Mysteriously, they ended up discounting $180. Had to make adjustments on install day. Left and returned and never checked out with me. I was just there waiting. Makes me wonder what else they didn't disclose. I recommend going somewhere else.
