They never really said specifically when they would show up nor did they call to confirm when they were coming but I'm just glad they came today when I only called them yesterday. They also gave us advice on how to avoid clogs after we paid up. I'm hoping I don't need much plumbing work in the near future but if I do, I'm definitely calling this company again!

He was professional and friendly, and after repairing the problem he fully explained it to me, and with multiple cameras showed me the pipes from my kitchen and basement all the way to the city line. Plumbing isn't cheap, but the bill was in line with other plumbing work I'd recently had done. One thing to note for potential customers is the plumber didn't have the option for me to pay by credit card - analog payments only. Just FYI.

(Even Doug couldn't understand what Shawn had written when I called to discuss it.) They were originally called to unblock the downspout because the corner of our basement was leaking. My contractor had tried for several hours, but couldn't really unblock it so he suggested calling a "professional". After spending over than $400 more, I guess the outcome is that although water appears to drain, they couldn't unblock it, couldn't get to the street, and that quite possibly water will continue to collect and flood the basement. It might be an adequate charge for what they do, and that the condition of the pipe is bad, but when I had another company try to unblock lines at a different location, they were able to clearly explain what they found (tree roots in the line) and what they'd suggest to really fix the problem and provide an estimate. Therefore, I'd say if I paid a lot of money and it couldn't be fixed, at least I could have expected some good information and direction to solve the problem. This I didn't receive. They were very nice and prompt, though.

He said he could give me a quote. I sent him pictures of the old shed and a hand drawn picture of what I wanted the new shed to look like, along with the size and materials I wanted to use. He made a CAD drawing of the new shed and gave me the quote. It took about 3 weeks to complete the project, the majority of which was the tear down of the old shed. Its removal was not a small task - It was basically a poorly built mini house with electricity. Michael stayed within budget and accommodated a few changes to the specs along the way. Which won't be good because this vault is on the design and still no one checks it ridiculous to pay 250 a year for inspection if not more and you don't inspect the whole thing!!!

So, being the "handy" (hah!) person that I thought I was, I tried to DIY install my own new faucet (by removing the old one). Upon trying to turn off the cold water supply, it started leaking... Well, that wasn't in anything I've seen before. Panicking, I started a "project" on Yelp. Among the quotes I received, Chaz (the owner) was super responsive on a Friday evening. I was able to book a next-day morning visit within budget (paid halfway between the quoted range - which was awesome! Chaz happened to live in nearby white center so I (over in Alaska junction) could get on the schedule on a Saturday! Chaz arrived at the quoted time and was respectful of the space (had his own boot covers), gear, asked to borrow things when needed, like rags / a pail to catch the water). Throughout the visit, I had transparency into pricing (quoted range), what Chaz was working on, and he answered all of my incessant questions about random things that could go wrong. He brought all of his own tools. I'm grateful I called Chaz - he was in and out within an hour - and I was able to go on with my day, and a new faucet!

He came to excavate our outflow problem--something a previous plumbing firm had done a mediocre job on 25 years, now we're paying the price--explained and showed everything that needed to be fixed (some of it was obvious to a non-plumbing eye), showed us camera footage, and explained all the plumbing mysteries we'd had in the last few years that were getting worse. He quote us a price, folded in his Saturday work into it, worked diligently to get us back in working order, and was neat and tidy about some very messy outdoor work. He even hauled off some old pipes the previous plumbers had buried instead of taking to the trash! Chaz is a great communicator, and he's absolutely dedicated to making sure we know what we are getting into and what it will cost. He charged a very reasonable price, as we know from other work we've had done, for the amount of labor and needing to come onsite three different days. Every time he left, he made sure we were in better shape than the previous visit. He even digs a perfectly neat hole. I have had some very good plumbers in the past, all of whom have retired or moved at this point, so I'm used to good service. Chaz is the best by far!

Worth noting that John went above and beyond and adjusted a light switch near the artwork when we noticed that it was a little bit crooked and was making the picture seem out of alignment. Second they came out for the semiannual sewer line check. First visit they couldn't complete the job due to their equipment, then I had to call for them to come out and finish the job. Then they wanted to bill me for both visits. Argumentative and unprofessional. I will not use their services going forward
