Non descriptive place but good food Ton's of seating Large parties welcome -we saw two huge groups of 10 or more My only complaint is the Tiger burrito isn't real tiger meat! All kidding aside, the beef and chicken were wonder in this giant burrito I couldn't finish Rice and beans very flavorful and plentiful too Portions were huge! Beer cold Service was good too All the young Ladies were nice and attentive We lacked for nothing and out waitresses treated us great Ambiance was good and the drive through window was busy Salsa was served hot, not chilled but I can't hold that against then too much Still had a good taste Very cool to see such a restaurant in an old city of my past. Most of the food was overcooked and very dry. The refried beans did not look appetizing at all, they appeared to be a paste. I would recommend an alternate bean, like a ranch style. The food had good seasoning, good service, however; I would not recommend it. read more

I am writing my first EVER yelp review to tell you how awful this place is. I don't even really listen to yelp reviews because they tend to be dramatic but this was BAD. Aside from the fact that our server blatantly paid way more attention to both mine and my sister in law's husband (my brother) than us, there was only one other sat table in the entire restaurant and the wait for our food was still over half an hour. Not to mention the fact that they, for some reason, have a drive-thru window in the middle of the dining room, and so the entire time you're eating you're looking directly into somebody's vehicle which gets old very quickly and ruins the mood, especially when they're able to get out 3-5 drive-thru orders before yours. To top it off, the food was atrocious. Our entire party was Hispanic and we all agreed that we understand not to have high expectations for tex-mex outside of a major city, but the food was awful. My sister in law and brother both received their meals with mushy, overly sweet beef while I ordered pastor street tacos (marinated pork, if you didn't know) and was served a plate of corn tortillas topped with over-cooked and unseasoned shredded pork chop. None of us in a party of four could find a single complement to make, however my husband still managed to force himself to eat his grease-soaked enchiladas, which He ordered double rice for and still received refried beans even after the food was dropped off, recalled, and replaced because we were given the 'wrong' food. We immediately asked for the check upon receiving the food, paid in full and tipped generously to be polite and the aforementioned server (again, focusing only on the MARRIED men in our party) asked several times for our opinions of the food even though we all had full plates still and were trying to be polite by smiling and nodding, and then berated my brother for choosing the meal he did after he finally admitted to not enjoying his food. We ended up going across the street to Dairy Queen for a few orders of fries because while none of us had an appetite anymore, we were still hungry. In conclusion, save yourself the woe and just go across the street - at least the fast food will be remotely close to what the menu describes. We are all very confused and disappointed, especially when all other reviews for this place are generally positive. Regardless, this experience was horrific enough for all four of us to simply go home and go to bed afterwards. I would honestly suggest visiting Tacos by the TRAX, as we did for breakfast instead of whatever this is supposed to be. read more

The best restaurant in trinity! Good tacos, quesadillas, chimichangas, even the taco salad is great. Quick services, and they have a drive thru!!!! As far as ambiance goes, it's a Mexican restaurant, it looks like one lol. read more

Tiger Burrito is AMAZING!!! They also have really good Carne Guisado. They have a drive through for To-Go orders also, very convenient

The food is normally good so I still gave 2 stars. Today we went through the drive thru got large chips, queso, and salsa $13.26. Okay, left a $2.00 tip for total of $15.26. Got home and saw they charged our card another $25.00 which was Unauthorized. We have enjoyed the restaurant before. Sadly, with them charging the card for unapproved amounts it might be our last time. read more
