This is a average sized baker that is easy to break apart with a fork to stir in the chunks of fried chicken, melted cheddar and lots of hot wing sauce. I added ranch and sour cream to the mix for more of a flavor blend. Usually I try and take a before shot to show what it looks like before demolishing it with utensils as it drops into my piehole. However, I did manage a shot right after mixing. The chicken chunks were crispy and cooked through and through. Their buffalo sauce had enough kick to let my tongue know what it was without scorching my taste buds. I paired it with the Lucky 19 Texas IPA and it was a good flavor profile for my particular potato selection. Now, for the big reveal ... I would eat at this place regularly if I lived in Huntsville.
