Great Mexican Food ordered a couple of mixed drinks and chips & salsa we also ordered guacamole and cheese dip.. was great

We got take out, things were not as described an example is my wife ordered a taco salad with guacamole and sour cream on the side. It was supposed to be in an edible taco bowl. It had guacamole and sour cream on it and was not served in a taco shell bowl it was in a greasy fried tortilla folded in half. The meal was mushy, greasy and not appealing at all. I had a meal that had "tender juicy" chicken breast with a sauce on it. The chicken was dry and tough like it wasn't fresh cooked. The other two meals were similar to mine. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone nor would I go there again. Hate to say it but Taco Bell is better than this place. read more

Nice new building, same great service. Food is pretty much what you expect from the typical Mexican restaurant. Not gourmet, but a good value for reasonable price. Now have liquor license, but so far just a very limited bar. Hope they'll figure out what a profit center that can be! read more

Authentic Mexican food. The salsas were spot on, try their salsa verde. My husband had their California Burrito and loved it (the burrito was huge!) I ordered the special #1 (Chile relleno, taco and guacamole salad. The meal was delicious. Service was excellent and the price was very reasonable. I look forward to returning. read more

I went in there not too long ago. they opened a new location so it's a nice atmosphere. The servers are great and very nice, however the food was not that great. The carne asada was like a carton board in the color of meat. I was very disappointed in that. The bean dip was great. Great alcohol and really cold beer if you're looking to drink the prices are great !! read more

For being in a tiny podunk town, this place is a 5star, no questi. Inexpensive, great service and tasty food. The fajitas are absolutely fire...chips and salsa tasty...we were staying in a cabin about twenty miles away, so we got a double order of fajitas to go and fed the entire family...so much better than chili dogs and a huge mess. read more

Found this restaurant in a little town and decided to try it, the food was amazing, fast service, great people, manager was very friendly and checked up on us, would recommend this place for any visitors looking for a new place to try, if I could rate this place more than 5 stars I would. I really love this place. My family and I eat there all the time. We all love the chewy special. The restaurant is clean, and the service has always been very upstanding. Every time we eat there, the manager himself approaches our table, and ask us if everything is good. He has even refilled our drinks. That is why it's such a great place. The staff here is awesome. With fast service and good food. You can even call your order in and pick it up. The manager is always checking on the guests. They have the best Spinach Enchiladas I have ever received in a restaurant. The price is decent and the portions are good size. There is more than 1 Mexican restaurant in town, but Agave's is the one I prefer. They have several T.V.'s throughout the restaurant each set to different channels so there are several different games on at a time. read more
