They were more than helpful help figure out my problem. You just don't see that kind of customer service these days. I was very impressed with their knowledge and service. He helped troubleshoot the issue by phone. AND it was past their closing time. Unfortunately, I purchased my tub from a company in Columbus. They sent a tech (in the loosest since of the word.) and charged me almost $700 to come and check it out. they replaced a fuse and off they went. Needless to say, a huge waste of money. I will give all of my future business to Spa Direct and credit is to Ralph. He is very knowledgeable and more than happy to help. Great Job!

Columbus Pool Works responded with a very accurate estimate to restore the pool. In only three visits they balanced the chemicals in the pool and installed a new port on my Hayward filter. Shane C. and his assistant were punctual (informing me of their approach to the property), knowledgeable, attentive, and efficient. My pool opened June 23 and I couldn't be more pleased. Plaster work looked to be done by children. Plaster started peeling with in 2 weeks. Installed pool cover incorrectly which burned up the moter. HORRIBLE tile work. The steps were woobly and crooked. Then wanted their next draw and would not fix the items that were supposed to be done to recieve that draw. I wanted them to finish the work then receive payment. He dismissed the job entirely. Said good luck trying to find someone to fix everything for less than what he was owed. He obviously knows NOTHING about how to build pools. He is a used car salesman that hires garbage subcontractors. NEVER checked on the job during the process. I told him the drains were not installed properly multiple times. and When I asked him why they didn't fix the drain before concrete was poured. HE said why didn't you check it before concrete was poured. YOU WILL BE TAKEN BY THIS GUY.

Disappointed and Frustrated…read more Our pool project with Omni is finally complete and has passed inspection, but the overall experience has been frustrating and disappointing. Yesterday was my first day in the pool--something that should have been exciting and rewarding--but instead, I felt disheartened by the quality of the finished product. I've attached photos that clearly show several serious workmanship issues: * Blotchy discoloration in the concrete pool deck * Rebar protruding through the concrete coping * Coping that is already crumbling * Polymeric sand, used as a quick fix around uneven skimmer covers, now washing away These problems go beyond aesthetics--they reflect poor workmanship and a lack of attention to detail. What's most discouraging is how Omni continues to present themselves as a premier pool and outdoor living contractor. Their social media is filled with polished photos and glowing project highlights. Sadly, my experience tells a very different story. At this point, my only recourse is to go through Omni's warranty process, which I hope will lead to some accountability and resolution. I continue to hope that Jason Craycraft or his wife Amy Craycraft will step up, acknowledge how poorly this project was managed, and demonstrate that this isn't truly representative of their company. More than anything, I want them to work with me to make it right.
