Then, considering the amount of time my wife spends in the kitchen, this window was a real sore spot for her. I contacted Burgess Window Repair. A gentleman (I think it was the owner) came out to give us an estimate for repair/replacment and he was very pleasant, polite and professional. He gave my wife an estimate for replacing the glass in the kitchen window and when she asked about some issues with the windows on the front of the house - he took the time to explain that we really didn't need any repairs but showed my wife how to deal with the condensatiion in the glass. The young man who came to replace the glass in the kitchen window was equally polite and professional and did a quick and efficent job of replacing the defective glass.
