I was about 6weeks postpartum, and mama really needed to feel good about herself! The price for the extensions was VERY favorable compared to what many other salons/technicians are requesting. The salon is wonderful - bright, clean, modern. I was greeted right when i walked in. My technician (i'm sorry, i forgot her name but i think she's no longer at the salon) was extremely friendly, accommodating, and explained every step of the process as we went through the service. My only complaint was that the lashes started to fall off sooner than i expected - which she did mention i might lose a couple here or there within the first few days, but i'm talking about like within 3-4days my lashes looked like they were missing huge chunks! I ended up just having to take them out within a week since they looked absolutely ridiculous being so spotty. I could have called and set up an appointment, but with a newborn it wasn't that simple to find the time. But no hard feelings! As far as last year, when I called because I could not get the nail polish off my nails, I paid $10 extra for because I was told it would last longer. I called spoke to a rude girl who said well it should come off with regular nail polish remover and I told her it didn't and she said, we'll then I don't know what to tell you! So no I am sorry, if this is your idea of customer service, I'll pass!
