My question is why didn't Maricia offer a trial kit which they sell online and see what would work? I don't mind spending the money to help my daughter, but I don't like a business owner that takes advantage of a teen that is suffering from low self-esteem because of her skin!

Woodhouse spa…read moreNaples I was given gift certificate from a friend for $150 for massage at Woodhouse spa on 41 close to Marshalls , I called talk to them set up appointment and they told it's only for one hour. I was late for 7 minutes and the front desk when they called me to ask me if i am coming or not i told them i was on the corn, was a bad traffic and sge said its ok no worries but did not warn me that these 7 min will be take away olus 10 extra from my massage.. I was unaware of that . so my massage started at 12:15 and finished at 12:50 so you count how many minutes are 35 min for $150 ! So disappointing and taking advantage of people paying for that ! If your massage is one hour that is 60 min not 50 not 40 and definitely not 35 ! And I did asked them why I did not have full hour as I have been told prior massage! front desk girl answered oh it's 50 minutes that is considered one hour well let me tell you all of you yo need go back to school to learn how to count because obviously you don't know to count! I will never go back there just to be ripped off ! The massage was ok . Not the best one but was ok . And she offered to talk to the manager to what they can do for me but i said no because after what they are doing to people i will not feel comfortable to go again. And she asked me if i wanted to leave a gratitude, I said no to that too ..I work for $20 per hour and just pay them $150 for 35 min and she is asking me for tip ?! For real!? Sorry these $150 i am earning them for almost 8 hours of hard working! If they lower the prices to something normal i would be happy to leave some tip .. but these prices are not worth for the service they are offering ! Very frustrating and disappointing.
