I booked the Buttered Rum Body Scrub and, unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations. The front desk was not very informative, and I found myself having to navigate the process on my own. The service itself felt lower in quality compared to similar treatments I've had at other studios and did not come across as particularly professional. At checkout, I waited several minutes while the staff appeared very stressed and overwhelmed, which made me feel uncomfortable -- it's difficult to feel at ease when the people assisting you seem to be under that level of pressure. My low rating is not for the therapist but for the management. For over two years, I was a loyal customer getting a massage once a month. On my last visit I was informed that my regular time was now unavailable because one person booked every Saturday, between October and May at that same time with my therapist. This is unacceptable and because of it I would never recommend Spavia to anyone. read more

I just had the best massage of my life from Elvira. A 100 minute deep tissue that made me feel like a million bucks! Spa was lovely and support staff helpful and friendly. I always walk out of Spavia feeling 100% better than when I walked in. Raul always knows exactly how to work out any tightness or knots that I have. We had the couples Hot Stone Massage. It wasnt deep tissue (probably what I should have ordered but it was beyond relaxing. The soft silky robes, and tables were nice. We had a complimentary glass of champagne as well. Afterwards we hung out in the waiting spa area relaxed with hot neck blankets, and then showered. New customers get $30 off. Wow what a deal $168 for the both of us for an hr massage. Will be back! read more

I have anxiety and due to my condition my muscles are very tensed. Since my session with Raul, I have been able to manage without medication. Raul was able to identify my concerns in the first appointment and has been giving his BEST to help. And it's has been very helpful, my body is showing improvements. 5+++ stars. This is one of the nicest day spas I have been to in Naples. The reason for the rating is for the nice/caring staff, the facilities, and the quality of the services (facials/massages). After trying many day spas in the area, I had high expectations on what to expect with this spa. The reason I decided to visit Spavia is because I wanted a quality/affordable facial with more facilities than just a waiting room. Before I had my appointment, I was sent various reminders of my appointment (very helpful to me), and online paperwork to fill out. It asked questions that I have not had asked before a treatment: music type, discussion preferences, and what I wanted to drink after my service. Here is the experience I had: I walked into Spavia and was greeted by two guest advisors. They went over my online paperwork I filled out and confirmed my allergies. I was shown the waiting room, ladies restroom/shower, and taken to my own locker filled with a robe and shower shoes. The women's relaxation room is amazing. Once you change into your plush robe you can choose from ice water or a variety of hot teas. Then put on your complimentary heated neck pillow and lay back and relax with a nice book or adult coloring book. My esthetician Cameron met me in the relaxation room to take me to my treatment room. I decided to keep on my neck pillow during the duration of my treatment and it was a great choice. Cameron was very professional, discussed what I hoping to get out of the treatment and made me feel very comfortable asking questions. Her technique was on point and I was very impressed with the organics products they used. The balancing facial I chose gently cleansed and renewed my skin, and included a hand treatment and a neck/upper back massage. Once my treatment was over, I went into the women's restroom and took a nice, relaxing shower. Shower caps, feminine products, shampoo/conditioner/body wash/scrubs, and other beauty products are provided. Along with all of the items in the restrooms/relaxation rooms, the facilities are extremely clean - I mean it looks like I was the only person to ever use the restroom. :) When I was ready to checked out, the guest advisor explained Cameron's recommendation which were spot on with the information I told her during my treatment. I was not pressured to buy anything or sign up for a membership - it was solely informative. i decided to buy a trial package of the products used during my facial and a exfoliating facial sponge. Because I was so impressed with the service, treatment, and facilities - it was a no brainier to sign up for a membership and commitment to a monthly relaxation experience. Best Day Spa in Naples! Cannot say enough about Spavia! My wonderful experience started from the minute I walked in the door and was greeted by a happy and peaceful Receptionist who obviously loves her job! This has not been the case when I have gone to other spas in the area. I was taken to a beautiful lounge where I changed into a very comfy robe and amazing sandals. The music was so peaceful throughout the Spa. You get to choose what you would like to listen during your session. I had a Hydraderm facial with Samantha who is extremely knowledgeable on skin care. Ahhhhhh how nice! Truly a complete pleasure I had the 100 minute signature massage and it was perfect. Wonderful clean and soothing space with lovely robes, shower, waiting area complete with help yourself hot and cold water and HEATED neck pillows. I asked for firm pressure from Tristan a really kind young man. Tristan got very specific addressing my neck and shoulders and tight hip flexors. Wife and I looked forward to this long awaited massage. Representative which was at front desk the time we arrived to check in was not as friendly as we would have expected being that it was our first time. No eye contact and she continued to text in her phone instead of making eye contact and communicating with us. The tour was 30 seconds which was fine but spoke super fast. The shared locker room was a mess as other clients would leave their robes laid out on the bench after usage. This is we're the tour instructions would have played into action. Luxuries are great, the lobby/set up super nice.. the actual massage was not even close to worth the price. The therapists seemed very inexperienced. I bought deep tissue massages and there was zero deep tissue happening. It was mainly just rubbing and the therapists constantly re-oiling their hands. I don't recommend this place if you're looking for a massage that actual works through pain points and such.. if you're looking for just a nice experience and a simple relaxed rub, perfect. read more
