UPDATE: Chelsea decided to make matters worse, and instead of reaching out to apologize or try to correct the issue, she had the nerve to send me a cancellation confirmation. What the heck!? If this could be zero stars, it would be. I just left my "appointment". Nothing happened. I arrived for my appointment just before 3:30, when I was scheduled to have a 45-minute microdermabrasion session. I sat there for a good 15 minutes before I wandered down the hall to try and find somebody. I couldn't find anybody except for a young boy in the back room playing on his phone. I asked him if anybody was working up front, to which he replied "I don't know". I called out hello, and a lady poked her head out from one of the rooms and said she'd be right with me. So I went back up front to sit down and wait. Another lady came in just before 4 and we started chatting. The same blonde lady (Chelsea, I'm assuming) that had poked her head out before, finally came down the hall to greet us around that same time- just before 4. She gave us some paperwork to fill out, apologized for being so late to come greet us, and blamed it on the fact that the customer before us was asking a lot of questions. She then walked back down the hall and disappeared again. At 4:10 I had had enough, and I didn't have time to do the session before having to get kids from school. I grabbed my completed paperwork and walked out. What terrible customer service! Especially when I said it was my first time there, and she knew that I had already been waiting for 40 minutes. Just ridiculous! What an excellent way to show that you just don't care. If I had a customer that had been waiting over 30 minutes for her appointment, and that was her first impression, I would have made every effort to make that a fantastic experience. Not made it worse by disappearing again. I had gotten this Groupon for the service as a birthday present. I will definitely be seeing if I can return it. I don't want to go back there. read more

This spot is a hidden gem in Katy. It's very clean with a soothing environment that had me relaxing as soon as I walked in the door. My microdermabrasion with hydrating facial was done by Yeison and he did an amazing job even to the point where I almost fell asleep. He was very professional and courteous, explaining everything before he did it. I walked out feeling refreshed and my skin glowing. Highly recommend and I will definitely return. read more

This place was absolutely a disgrace. The facilities were dingy and unclean, the staff was unprofessional, and everything was an upcharge. I had an appointment at 2:00 on a Saturday for a facial and a microdermabrasion. When I arrived, there was no one in the lobby - if you can even call it that. This place was a small 2-room suite in one of those office complexes. I sat around waiting for someone to check me in and this woman finally wanders out of one of the back rooms in the dimly lit hallway. She handed me a bunch of poorly printed and barely legible forms to fill out before disappearing back down the hallway...I only sign the ones I can read. I keep waiting - it's not until 2:40 that a 'Tech' finally comes out to usher me in for treatment. Her name is Chelsea. She does the microderm on my face and sticks a mask on, with a comment that she'll be back in 15 min to remove it. 30+ minutes go by, I suspect she's forgotten about me. When she eventually wanders back in, I ask her if she'll be putting on an eye cream - Nope, that'll be an additional $25. I ask her if she'll be putting on sunscreen. Nope, that'll be an additional $25. At this point, I'm already annoyed and a quick departure seemed the appropriate choice. My advice, do NOT go near this place with a 10 ft pole. read more

I just had the microdermabrasion in there, it was not a good experience. The place is dirty, bed is small and sheets are kinda dirty too or old, I doubt if they change the sheet every time.. stuffs are not very professional and friendly. My session should be 45 minutes, it too her 20 min. And I had another session of facial, should be an hour for that, but less than 50 minutes, it's done. I had facial many many times with professional ppl, and this is nothing near that. At the end she hand written a receipt to me, I don't remember when is the last time I had this kind of receipt! Chelsea is amazing. I have cystic acne because of my thyroid problems. As a result, I have pitted scars on some parts of my face. Chelsea encouraged me to try the collagen pin--my skin has never looked better! Not only are my scars improving, but the chemical peels Chelsea does have helped eradicate my acne. Came here for the first time for the microdermabrasion with hydrating facial mask. I can't believe, at my age, I had never had this done before! Chelsea did an amazing job. The microderm treatment took away a layer of dead skin cells and diminished the small lines around my eyes. The mask left my face soft and smooth. I'm going to start a more holistic approach to aging without needles, fillers or injections. I intend to include visits to Ageless Envy in my new facial/skin care regiment. Today I went to get a few treatments from Nikki Donaldson at this lovely spa and I had a 5 star experience for sure! I HIGHLY recommend Nikki Donaldson for your treatments. I got my (very thin and very blonde) eyelashes tinted to black and love them. She also curled my eyelashes and that will last for 6 weeks which I'm very excited about and I also had my brows tinted which makes them look very thick. Thank you Nikki! read more

What amazing people at Ageless Envy! I had a scheduled appointment yesterday and left home an hour and a half earlier than indicated on my mapping app. When I realized that I couldn't make it on time, I called and left a message. I promptly received a call back. I was still 30 minutes away due to the horrendous traffic. Instead of rescheduling, I was told to come in and they would see me! When I arrived, I was taken to their new facility next door that hasn't even opened for business yet! I love this spa! Did I say that with enough conviction? I LOVE THIS SPA! read more

I don't appreciate how they are denying my bruises happening at the office when within one hour of me leaving the office at 5pm I posted the review. Your manager wasn't even there. I am well aware of what I signed I read every word. I don't have adult cystic acne or hormonal issues and am offended that you think you have the right to tell someone that. I let the tech know I use retin a once a week for the anti aging properties. It had been 5 days since I used it. I stated that before going in the room. It is absurd that my husband and I both had a conversation with shoronda or whatever her name is that she said I'm dark skinned and I also get bruises all the time it's normal it will go away in 2 days. While we checked out she told me that. It's clear the bruising is from the micro you can see the suction line very clearly. If your employee wants to deny she told both my husband and I that it's normal when obviously it's not, then so be it. Like I said this isn't my first microdermasion but because I'm new to Texas moving from Michigan I bought a groupon and you get what you pay for with groupon. So please, don't be little my intelligence by rating my post as funny and telling me that I didn't leave with bruises. Your business is a joke. Good luck with the rest of your customers. I went there for a microdermabrasion- I have had many before so I know how they work. The tech went over my face ONE time then put a mask on for five minutes. The total thing lasted about 15 minutes. It was in a cold room playing high pitched music on a cheap bed with a paper sheet covering it (the kind hey use at a dr office) and she didn't even remove the roll at the end of the paper roll from the bed so it stayed there , so I was not able to even lay my legs all the way out. There was no blanket to use either. It was just a complete mess and the worst experience I've ever had at a spa. But I would definitely not even call this a spa. Waste of money. Microdermabrasions should last much longer than mine did she basically did nothing for my skin. Disclaimer: I was late as I went to the wrong spa first that started with ageless in their title as well. Then when I got to the right place it was hard to find as there is only a little sign next to the door, and the other businesses that are in that building are posted bigger at the very top front so it was a bit confusing. Either way I don't think I deserved such a terrible experience for being late. read more

ABSOLUTE TRASH, and i think i've never wrote such an awful review. So exactly a week and a half ago i made an appointment. Came in, no one was inside to speak to me until 15-20 mins after. When she spoke to me she rescheduled me because she didn't have time..super unprofessional. 3rd time booking an appointment, and everytime i come they make me make another appointment because "they don't have time". today i spoke to one of them about how they keep rescheduling me and she told me she can take me but 40 mins later. My appointment was at 1:00 i showed up at 12:50, and she came back to me at 1:20 to tell me she won't be able to take me today. no calls ahead of time, nothing. i've been driving 20 min everytime and still haven't got my microdermabrasion done. smh. don't go here. again super unprofessional. As a company or a brand you want to follow through with appointments that are scheduled, if not atleast give me a small perk or a refund. Not even that. Please save your money, and don't come here. (I'll make sure to update you guys once i get the microdermabrasion) if they ever actually make time to do it for me.
