I had 5 sessions with…read moreTammy (fall 2019), and if you're even the slightest bit interested, RUN, don't walk, to have the free consultation at least! It doesn't have to be 5, but I had multiple issues. I had no idea how truly effective hypnosis is, but now I lament not doing it 15+ years ago. It's such a powerful tool, I now believe it should be everyone's go-to method to tackle any unhelpful fears, thinking, or habits. My problems I wanted to work on were: * Lifelong general anxiety (I'm 36... I was previously on meds that worked great, but had bad side effects) * Severe lack of assertiveness (not helpful in my security job, or in life) * Utter lack of motivation * A moderate phobia of having my back turned to people I'd never realized that hypnosis could even be a viable option for such problems, but now I'm recommending it to everyone when I get a chance. It's made a subtle, but massive difference in my life. All 4 problems I listed have improved at least 60-80% depending on which. Tammy referred me to some supplemental materials to reinforce some of it, and I've since found additional material to listen to for reinforcement of other things if I desire it. My mental state--my life--is so much better! I don't get anxious for no reason... I can speak up and say things I need to say to people with little to no anxiety... I've been getting all kinds of things done, some of which I've put off for years... and yes, even the phobia no longer runs my life; I can sit in a restaurant with my back to people now. In fact I just did it last night. Before we began, I'd read up on hypnosis enough to know that it's not mind control as we often see it depicted, and I learned how the subconscious basically runs the show of our daily life, including all our deep seated anxieties and habits. You can spend a fortune over years or decades with a psychiatrist trying to change it with the fraction of conscious thought we can utilize, or you can spend a few sessions with a hypnotist like Tammy and change those subconscious issues directly with positive, empowering suggestions. The first session opens up the subconscious for positive change in general, and even that by itself resulted in changes that I hadn't even planned to address, but wanted to make, such as having more control over my spending--I simply noticed that I suddenly had zero difficulty deciding to make something at home instead of getting fast food, for instance... an empowering change by itself. A nice thing is that she offers sessions both in-office, and virtual in-home via the Zoom app, and I had sessions both ways. If you have a problematic schedule, or think you'd feel more comfortable at home, I can honestly say the virtual sessions were just as effective for me. Either way, it is such a wonderful experience, being guided to that state of deep relaxation! I went to see him because I was interested in several surgeries and not one was offered to me not even did I receive a phone call giving me a quote to at least one surgery. I was honest about my back issues I have from a vehicle accident and bad back surgeries as a result I can't stand straight so the extra weight I have from my breast and belly make it more challenging to stand straight. I have to have my back fused there is no choice if I want to walk straight again. So to make my back recovery better and faster I have to have some weight taken off from my belly and beast this is why I need to get that done before the back fuse. Well he said he would talk with his team and see how he felt about doing the surgeries. I have no problem with anesthetics I am always getting different procedures done regarding my back. I told him I can provide rec I have no illnesses it's just the back issue well he concentrated more on my piercing than the real reason I was there I was humiliated and judged over my piercing just because he thinks it's disgusting it was so bad he made me cry right there in his office never have I been so humiliated in a so called professional place. His assistant was so much more respectful and at least showed care while it was probably fake at least she did her job. I was treated as if I went to beg for charity for my surgeries or as if I was someone off the streets. Even after all the humiliation I felt, to this day I never received a phone call to at least say "No" that he would not do it. Maybe my money is not green enough however I will NEVER RECOMMEND a place or Dr like him to place and trust a life in his hands. if he can just judge and humiliate someone because of personal preference then he is not the one. I wonder how many people he has done this to? I only have two piercings on my face. The Maryland Monroe above my lip and it's a very small diamond and another by the side of my left eye also very small diamond.
