Let's keep it simple...you won't be disappointed!! Who doesn't love fresh made ice cream!?

Yum! I'm giving four stars because I feel like their flavor variety isn't broad enough. This ice cream is great though and the staff is very friendly. We went at 7:30 on a Saturday night but only had to wait about 5 minutes for our turn (I would guess it is usually more crowded). If you want to have a real Aggie experience here in Logan, UT, Aggie Ice Cream is the place to visit! read more

The ice cream at this place is pretty good. I would say that they have the second richest ice cream in the valley. It's rich enough that it is smooth, creamy, and tastes good however I can have a scoop or two without feeling like I've over done it. Their prices are pretty fair. They're not the least expensive place in town, nor are they the most. On a side note, in their news stand outside they get copies of the Salt Lake City Weekly paper which often makes for a great read even if you aren't traveling to Salt Lake City. read more

I go here for the factory seconds in the 2.5 gallon tub. Excellent choice to bring it home or to send with your daughter to college :-)

Aggie's Blue was delicious and very creamy. It was served in very generous portions. Customer service was great - very friendly and helpful. I would definitely return when I am in Logan again. As good as it gets. read more

the final leg of "tales from UT: a dry wedding adventure" takes place (again) in logan, UT - where the wedding was held (in a catholic church, nonetheless, and not a mormon one) as well as where we spent the last two nights of the trip. for the first time in about a week, i was able to roll with a crew LESS than 10 people ... and, lemme tell you, it felt wonderful to be my normal sarcastic, bitchy self with two people who loved me for it. thanks, brother and other friend from the east coast who values snarkiness. we only found out about aggie ice cream because the hotel we were staying at was offering free scoops for its guests. therefore, we were on that shit like white on rice and drove our happy asses over. several samples later, i settled on the lemon custard while my two companions decided on the aggie blue mint - this cookies & cream-like concoction. (FYI - i really liked how the ABM tasted, but i couldn't get over its weird denim color.) $5 tip to the lovely ladies who filled our cups to the brim. NONE OF US could finish what we were given but the ice cream was ab fab. don't think i'll ever go back (duh) but it is something i'll tell the grandkids about ... especially if they decide to have a wedding in UT ... that's dry. read more

Over rated. The ice cream taste it like it has cream cheese or something in it. I don't know, it just slightly off for some reason. Like something got messed up in the factory and dumped in too much of something cheesy tasting. It's also really surgery tasting. Not in a good way. It always tastes this way. Other than that, it's just mediocre and boring ice cream. I think the only reason it's so popular around here is because it's on a collage campus and has "aggie" in its name. So it's just a "ra-ra-ra go school spirit!" kinda thing. That why collage students like it. Plus it's not like Logan is exactly the most exciting place. That's the way it is here in Logan. If you stick "aggie" on any name or put an overly muscular blue bull on some crappy restaurant or products, people here will love it. No matter how much it sucks. read more

Aggie Ice Cream is a must-do in you are in Logan and/or an Aggie fan. I love their new flavor, True Aggie Night (and it's Gluten Free, yay!). They also have a cafe with soup and sandwiches, which I've never had because of dietary restrictions. Some times you can take a tour of the ice cream factory on campus, if you check their website for dates/times. Also, they have donated to the organization that I run/volunteer for, for our annual fundraiser, for several years now. That scores big points in my book. OKay, the ice cream isn't the best in the world, but every thing else more than makes up for the lack of wow-ness. read more

Yum! I walked 3.5 miles to get here and it was sooo worth it. The choice of flavors is almost overwhelming. I had the praline pecan in a dipped waffle cone and it was delicious - rich and creamy dairy ice cream, not gelato (not that there's anything wrong with gelato!) am in Logan for 2 more days, I wouldn't be surprised if I came here at least one more time! read more

One of my favorite places to get ice cream. Great flavors and a great way to make a connection with my kids and going to school at USU.

This place was a huge disappointment! I have no idea why it received 4.5 stars on Yelp! First of all it's located inside the nutrition and food science building at Utah State University, but that's not why I'm only giving it 2 stars. We ordered a scoop of the Bull Tracks ice cream. It was more like mouse tracks! It was supposed to have caramel and peanut butter cups. Literally we found one peanut butter cup and a minuscule amount of caramel. We were basically eating plain chocolate ice cream! I didn't finish it. It wasn't worth the calories! I guess that's why it's ok for it to be in nutrition building. Once you try the ice cream, you can't finish it, so you're cutting back on calories. read more

Local establishment. Nice sitting areas in the shade on hot summer days. Praline pecan and the maple flavored were nice. Sugar cones were cheap. Waffle cone was a bit soft. If you're walking around for a campus visit, it's a nice place to finish. read more

Okay the ice cream is great but I honestly wasn't a big fan of the workers. We walked in (it's not busy at all) and the they didn't let us sample the ice creams, once we decided on a flavor they were pushy to get us out the door. They were not welcoming at all. read more

Their bull tracks ice cream greatly lacked the chocolate cups! I got one maybe two in the entire cup.. The creaminess just wasn't there for me either.It's a great environment and full of choices on the bright side. read more

Great place to go for reasonably priced ice cream. Not quite as reasonable as last time I was there, 15 years ago, but still very reasonable compared to more commercial places. Definitely a MUST-GO when in Logan, Utah. Great ice cream! read more

Probably the best ice cream in Cache Valley (with Gossners a close second IMO). Try the Bull Tracks if you like peanut butter and chocolate pieces; salted caramel, praline pecan, and caramel cashew are all fantastic. read more

Ugh, definitely over-hyped. I second two previous reviewers: "The ice cream lacks flavor. There's just something about it that tastes kinds of plain," and "It's also really surgery tasting. Not in a good way. It always tastes this way." Those two nailed it. I don't enjoy the ice cream here. The one upside to Aggie Ice Cream is how inexpensive it is. Personally, however, taste takes priority over cost. I'd sooner go to Coldstone or simply buy a container of ice cream from the grocery store. read more

I've eaten ice cream all over this country, and this is the best! Quality ingredients, large servings, inexpensive, wide variety of flavors, and charming USU students running the show. Situated on a tree shaded small hill, it is the perfect place to enjoy a cool summer treat outside at a table, wall bench, or on the lawn. Highly recommended. read more

Logic would tell you that two scoops would be the same amount of ice cream as two single scoops but this is not the case. It is two smaller scoops, not a great deal after all. I think this is deceptive. I love the atmosphere. I used to go there for lunch but rarely do anymore since they started making the salads small. They used to be really good salads. I could buy one and get full but then one day they were all half empty containers. I was very dissapointed. read more
