Appointment took Over 3 hours when it should've taken just 1 if that. I was told to fast 4 hours before time of appointment. They forgot I was there. Out of date equipment from the 90s. Waited for 15 mins on hold to try to get an appointment then was hung up on two separate times. Drove there to schedule one in person instead. Showed up to my appointment on time, waited an hour to get seen at 0830. Why? I have no idea, it was t packed in there. Then they refuse to give me a copy of my records. This place is terrible, the staff is rude and hang up on you, their answering service doesn't answer, no one calls you back, they send the referrals to the wrong people. Medications not submitted to pharmacy and the new GM is rude and disrespectful to the employees and doctors. Place is a f-ing JOKE. read more

I would rate a zero if possible. Appointment at 3 pm and an hour later still waiting. Front desk staff are nice, but providers are disorganized. I would recommend any employers find another occupational health services as 'Agile' is any but agile. Just about ready to walk out and not accept the job offer as this experience has been a waste of time. read more

Most unprofessional doctor's office I've ever been to. Folks were nice but exuded incompetence. Went in for a work physical, was told I have high blood pressure and a UTI. Followed up with my primary care doctor the next day and was told I do not have UTI and my blood pressure was normal. read more

UPDATE! This facility after giving a terrible customer service performance the first time, has managed to outdo themselves. They refused to let me take a picture of MY COMPLETED documents, and then in fact LOST said documents I needed for employment. On top of that, they haven't answered the phone. Drive somewhere else! I had an appointment at 0830. I showed up 15 minutes prior to my appointment time as is common practice to fill out any paperwork, billing, etc. I then proceeded to wait 2 hours until I was finally seen. During this time patients that had arrived prior to myself were seen in a timely manner. I was then placed in an exam room for 20 minutes. I'm not saying everyone's experience will be like mine but plan on extra time just in case. This seems to be an ongoing issue with this facility. read more

Better pack a lunch, you'll be here all day. They don't seem to care about anybody and it takes forever even when there's no one in the office. We had some "manager" come in and get rude with us because we complained that was taking so long and then she discharged us from the practice. She threatened to throw us out. People today seem to know very little about customer service. We were in there under very stressful circumstances, as most patients in a medical office are. We were shown no sensitivity, no sense of urgency, no give a shit from anybody whatsoever. The people there are just getting paid to stand around and talk about what they're going to do over the weekend while the patient waits in a room for an hour or two hours or more. Don't ever go here if you can avoid it, don't let Worker's Comp. tell you you have no choice that's a lie. read more

I had a 1000 appointment, it is now 1133 and I have not seen a provider. No one checks in with you, you get no updates, and you certainly get no apology. If I wasn't being forced to use this place for a work injury, I would have walked out an hour ago. This is rude, disrespectful and unprofessional- they clearly overbook on purpose, and do not care even the slightest bit about the patients. read more
