It's clean and well lit. The prices are much more reasonable than some of the fancier locations. We have no complaints about access, it's a key-code to get in, and everything feels very secure. Even better, when nature calls, the bathrooms are accessible and clean. If you live in this area and need a storage option, you really should give this place a try!

Lockers are interior and climate controlled, the building has 24-hour surveillance, and it is an old tire factory which is very solidly built. Of course, nothing can prevent fire, but I believe this place is much more fireproof than a nearby facility which burned recently. Management is very friendly and helpful. Carts and dollies are available and there is a raised loading dock. They also have exterior facing lockers for small business people.

As I mentioned in my previous review, the movers were highly skilled and very experienced but mistakes were made that caused some damage to my furniture. We're human and we all make mistakes. Minor damage to furniture is a normal part of moving and I expected it when I hired this company. What I didn't expect was that the owner would take the time to contact me, to listen attentively to my complaints and then to respond by remedying the situation. I did not expect compassion, kindness or a human being at the end of the phone line who was deeply apologetic. I was very impressed with the humanity shown by Paul. It was the day of…read moreour move, and everything that could have gone wrong did, including being informed that the storage unit we had initially picked would not be open 24hrs even though they had confirmed with us during booking. Frantically, we called around to different companies until we came across Weston Self Storage. Vaughn was EXTREMELY helpful on the telephone, and even offered to stay late so that we had time to sign the paperwork and show us around the building! Due to complications, we were unable to move into the unit that night as planned, and we received a phone call from Vaughn in the morning to make sure that everything was still alright, and that we hadn't run into difficulties during the night. We were there later that day, and Vaughn had already set up the elevators and rounded up a few carts for us to use. This is an amazing facility, where the staff genuinely care about the consumer.
