Then they had the audacity to charge us more for their time on top of the quote they had given us. They left the bunk bed unfinished and promised to come back but never did. Because the screws were in wrong a piece of the bed cracked and needed to be replaced. I would not advise using these movers as they are lazy, bad, and dishonest in response: The move was August 2024. what I said was not fabricated. we offered the manual provided for the bed and were told the movers weren't going to read it they needed a video. They started putting it together used all the wrong screws and then charged us extra. they said they would come back and never did

I called back and the cancellation was a breeze. I was happy to have paid the deposit to hold the time, and appreciated the clear and concise customer service of Mr. Lewis and team. Trays will be the first movers I look to for any future needs in the area. My only very minor suggestion is for the quote to clarify the insurance options. The way the totals are formatted, it looks like there are three options (none, basic, premium). In fact, you have to choose one of two (basic or premium). That's not a problem, it just required an extra phone call so that I could understand.
