When the technician came, he explained that there was a problem with my compressor, but the good news was that the refrigerator was still under warranty. AG Appliance Repair was kind enough to file a claim with LG, and once LG accepted the claim and mailed the parts, AG Appliance Repair came back promptly to fix it. I'm so glad they responded so quickly and handled everything so efficiently. If I have another issue, I'm definitely calling them again.

And then came the shock when I was presented with the bill for $330.00 after the $129.00 service charge was deducted. What a chutzpah.
