Never once tried to sell me anything. Passed on his experience on what to repair and what to replace. Could not have asked for a better experience. I hate being ripped off, love getting great service and that's what I got. My gear is old, I know replacement is in my future. He gave me a detailed estimate for each component so I could replace items as I can afford them. Five stars to this company.
