I have to buy salt, chemicals, etc. anyway, so the purchases add up pretty quickly to the $5 coupon. Also, I purchase salt on Double Punch Wednesdays to get free salt faster.

The pool tech was obviously real familiar with my equipment, took care of 3 leaks in short order, corrected the filter issue and educated me on what was going on, age of gear and what to expect to replace. Never once tried to sell me anything. Passed on his experience on what to repair and what to replace. Could not have asked for a better experience. I hate being ripped off, love getting great service and that's what I got. My gear is old, I know replacement is in my future. He gave me a detailed estimate for each component so I could replace items as I can afford them. Five stars to this company.
