I also how they enter a history of all my testing that I can access at home, including any tests I enter from home using my app. Every team member has, at some point or another, given me good advice on how to treat and manage my pool. Nikki is especially knowledgeable. The Leslie Rewards program is a good deal, make sure every purchase is registered to your account. I have to buy salt, chemicals, etc. anyway, so the purchases add up pretty quickly to the $5 coupon. Also, I purchase salt on Double Punch Wednesdays to get free salt faster.

I stopped in Leslie's simply because it's closest to my house. Nice lady on the floor took my info and got me scheduled for a tech to come by. The pool tech was obviously real familiar with my equipment, took care of 3 leaks in short order, corrected the filter issue and educated me on what was going on, age of gear and what to expect to replace. Never once tried to sell me anything. Passed on his experience on what to repair and what to replace. Could not have asked for a better experience. I hate being ripped off, love getting great service and that's what I got. My gear is old, I know replacement is in my future. He gave me a detailed estimate for each component so I could replace items as I can afford them. Five stars to this company.

I had family coming in for the weekend and no heat in the pool. Swim-quests technicians were all tied up so the owner, Jim, came out. He was great. Not only fixed the heater problem but found a few more issues that were about to become problems and fixed those too. Had the right parts on the truck. And just a service call fee which was reasonable. They will absolutely be my pool people moving forward. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Joe in Estero

We had a pretty significant leak earlier this summer and never got a call telling us about it until I got my homewatch service report. They saw the leak and shut the pump off, swimquest knew of the leak for 5 days, including a weekend, and never reported it to us. This week we had another leak at the auto fill valve and again, no call from swimquest. Once again my home watch saw it and reported it to me. The weekly report from swimquest said nothing about it. What really set me off was I emailed them today at noon asking what was going on and 5 hours later had to call them and ask. I was told they were busy doing invoices and were too busy to call me. Apparently billing is more important than notifying clients when something is wrong. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS, something changed this summer in their company and not for the better. There are lots of other companies out there to worry if your pool is OK when you are away.
