I would find some companies that reviews were 1-2 years old! Our front yard needed help as everything seemed to be running wild along with needing a huge bush removed and trees trimmed back. So I contacted Bailey Peer. Well we couldn't be more thrilled that we chose Peer Landscaping!! We can't say enough about Bailey Peer and his crew and the job they did redesigning and creating a beautiful landscape for us to enjoy. Bailey stayed in constant contact with us to keep us informed as to what the crew was doing and when and he's extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the Florida landscape as well as being very patient and answering all questions from someone who's unfamiliar with how things grow in the south. Unfortunately, it took him 3 weeks to come up with a design quote. After 2 weeks we had moved on to another vender who gave us a great design, with added soil and compost amendments, and a drip irrigation system. A plan that took less than a week's time. On time great communication with us through the whole process. Very clear and concise with the pricing that was reasonable . They went over everything from the start to the finish of our home project (landscaping our yard front and back and trimming excess tree limbs, planting Hibiscus and removing river rock and replacing with shell after removing alot of shrubs) . DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY…read more This is a review I never wanted to write. Churchill comes off as the most likable gentleman. You definitely want to work with him, but beware. I am in the process of taking legal action. I paid him $3000 in October to start my full landscaping job. With several promises to have the job done soon he never came through! He took a few old plants out and spray painted the yard but no actual work was ever done. After calls and texts he came back for about 20 minutes to pull up some grass. Once again multiple calls and texts and requests to just please return my deposit. Promise after promise... even said he was trying to sell his truck, waiting on a check to clear, waiting on his father... then just nothing at all.
