I was staying at the Cosmopolitan hotel and walked by the agora cosmetic store! A beautiful young girl offered me a sample and invited me in to see the store! That is where I met Jacob and he helped me with applying the products and gave me instructions on what to do when I get home! Great customer service amazing product. People there are very pushy. And very rude. I was fine with getting more information but then they wanted to start applying stuff then Talking about my skin saying it was so horrible and these products were going to change it all and then they would not even let me leave after saying no so many times they were very persistent and I was not even looking for skin care. read more

Product doesn't work. I purchased the Cellexir Platinum advanced bio-syringe. I don't have major wrinkles under my eyes. I put it on as directed and let it dry before applying my foundation. The woman was sitting down I asked her about the sauna chair and she just gave me a dirty look. She said it's a Sauce chair and she didn't even get up once or tell me more information about it. What a terrible experience and sleazy pair of sales folk. They lure you in by complimenting your purse and then go on to insult your looks, saying you should use their (sh*tty) product to get rid of your smile lines. They apply the weird glue to your lower eye lid, while telling you you look old and need it, then are insulted when you try to leave. Yes, it makes you slightly less puffy, but when you smile, vertical lines appear instead of horizontal. Age gracefully without applying glue to your face. read more

This was one of the shops inside the Venetian. A lady at the entrance lured me and my friend in to "give us a sample". By sample, I thought I was getting a packet of something to go. But in reality, a very aggressive salesperson started swabbing our bottom eyelids with a product. It was a little funny at first, but then we really wanted to leave. The guy wouldn't really let us leave and started bagging products as if we had agreed to buy them. It felt like a hostage situation. We had to practically run out the door to get away! After we left, we realized that our eyes felt papier-mâché d open. Our lids felt crunchy and stiff. After walking the strip for a couple hours our eyes feel better again. read more

She kept trying to sell me other items. First the three products were $299 and then miraculously they went down to $199, but just for me. I was in a hurry so I said yes. I thought it looked like dry glue under my eyes, but I assumed it was due to the fact that it was applied on top of a sunscreen. After seeing others' reviews and pictures I am now convinced that the product is awful. I also felt like the skin under my eyes was pulled and scrunched. It felt awful and looked like flaked skin. I'm editing a previous review and I've increased the rating. At first, I was upset that I couldn't return the items I purchased. Note: there are NO returns only exchanges even on unopened purchases. I don't like that about the company. Guaranteeing your happiness in a product should be #1, however, Erica, the sales associate is very personable and has helped advise me with the products while I have them at home. That is good customer service. There are ways to use some of the products and it's important to know how to use them correctly. So far, the creams are hydrating and they work well with my skin. The syringe should be used at night and I like the effects as of now. I will update this review with time. I wish the products weren't so expensive, even though I didn't pay full price, I still wouldn't normally spend that much on skincare. read more

I was here on a business trip in Vegas when I was walking to my hotel at planet Hollywood I was aggressively stopped in the hallway as I passed the store and told that she wanted to show me some eye cream that she had. I rejected her offer numerous times however, she wouldn't take no for an answer and said I'm here to give you free product. Why would you walk away? So I grudgingly followed her when she bagged up some lotions to give me. At which point I was asked to take a seat. LaDon (younger man with blue/grey contacts) started to apply lotion under my eye. I saw something similar on an infomercial and thought, fine show me. I saw the "collagen" take effect but it's actually a paste that tightens your skin and only meant to be applied "once per week at night and washed off". It's crusty and dry, flaky and not meant for daytime use?! I saw the lines disappear but that's because there was a super glue like paste drying up my face. He told me that it was $399 for the injector drops?! I said HELL NO.... To which he said, "I am paid to tell women they look ugly and there is no way I can say that to you. I'll make you a deal and sell it to you for $199." Literally $200 off in 3 seconds? Then I sat there and said absolutely not. Then he said I throw in the dry skin remover, lotion for your hands, injector eye cream for wrinkles and some type of exfoliating cream all for $199. You're kidding me?! I said no. Then he said, "I was supposed to close 10 minutes ago (4:20pm on a Tuesday) and you're my last client, I'll make you a deal, buy the injector cream for $99 and I'll also give you a red light treatment for free." He said he was off tomorrow and that my decision needed to be made right then and there. I said no. He proceeded to change his tone and walk away from me. This place is a scam. I'm in the skincare biz and there is no way an eye cream should be $900 or whatever they tell you it costs that day ("But for you, my friend, today I will sell it to you for $199. Oh, you're in the skincare business? $100 for you!"). They know nothing about skincare, they only want to sell you these BS products that are all about the packaging. You're better off putting your money into a slot machine. If their products were really that good they wouldn't have to engage in such high pressure sales tactics. You don't see salespeople from the Louis Vuitton store coming out and forcing you to buy one of their bags. Speaking of bags, the only way you can truly get rid of eye bags and wrinkles is to have plastic surgery, botox, fillers, lasers or other medical procedures. No eye cream in the world will do what these people claim theirs will do. I would bet that 90% (I'm being generous about the other 10%) of the 5 star reviews are fake. I had a wonderful two hour facial with Ben. I learned about the products and devices they have. I still want to research the infrared technology but the products were outstanding. I loved the mask and the serums he used. If I had an unlimited budget and more consistency with skin care I would have invested more. The hydrating mask are reusable which I have never seen before. I am a Botox user for 12 years he believes we can get me off Botox and that would be awesome. I may have to see what it can do next time I am here. My husband gave me the AGORA age defying series as anniversary gift. It was my first time to use this brand and I was really impressed, It is feels so pleasant on the skin.
