I have been following Dr Kam for years on instagram and knew would I was ready to pull the trigger and get my tops re done and my bottoms vaneers I would go to him. I made an appt thru Avi and was scheduled in a couple weeks to do my consult. The entire staff so nice, and Dr Kam is truly the nicest human I think, and through out the various appts he is so gentle in the mouth. When I have had other dentist work on me it felt rough and painful but he was just light as feather and kept asking me if I am good, which I was more than good!!! I just finished my top vaneers. I would advise ANYONE looking to get veneers to NOT go to this place. They are deceptive. The "good" reviews are all bogus. You will spend the rest of your life spending money at this clinic trying to repair Dr. Kam mistakes and the repairs will cost you more money. You will keep spending money here. I promise you BEWARE. Dental work is a LIFETIME commitment and I'm sorry but please be wise. I was not... I trusted this dentist. I listened to the positive reviews and now I am sitting with 3 holes in my mouth after spending over $25,000 + with Dr. Kam and his team. Even with his errors, he will charge you instead of correcting them. They falsely assessed my teeth and bone density and now I am sitting here with major issues. It's unfortunate. If you feel like your teeth can use a little cleaning, brightening, straightening or repairing...this folks it where you want to go. The first time I met Dr. Kam I knew I found the right Doctor for me. He has a very honest, calm way about him and he is very considerate when he talks to you about your dental care. I have seen his "before and afters" I have sat in his chair and felt very safe and always informed on how my billing would be, what my options are and how the work will be done. I cant ask for more! They deliver every time. Dr. Kam is always smiling when I see him, he remembers me and has a great staff to back him up as well. I came to him for Invisaline. My teeth had been straightened by a retainer when I was younger, and then again in my 20's. In my 30's-40's, my teeth had moved. The bottom row was a bit crooked and the gap between my 2 front teeth had opened up again. Now, to most people they wouldn't notice how my teeth had moved...but I did. I was working on a show called "Last Man on Earth" and my Key Hair, Lesley was wearing her Invisaline. I started asking her questions, how she liked it, how long it takes, etc. By the end of our conversation-I was in! I contacted Dr. Kam and set up an appointment. We discussed the options, he made the mold and ordered the Invisaline Trays for me. Whats great is that they also have a credit Card Plan if you want to do that option, you can finance your Invisaline instead of paying up front. (Credit Care) I will say, I am in the final month or two of Invisaline and I see the finish line is SO close! It was a great experience, you simply put the trays in at home, of something is pinching or a tray has a little plastic sticking out, you can trim it to be more comfortable. Or use a nail file to smooth edges. You do it all at home. when you run out of your "trays, you simply call and say you are picking up the next 10 trays, they have them at Dr.Kam's for you. You simply go home and continue to wear them until you are done. That's it! I have one little gap still so we are ordering a few more trays to push my bottom row a tiny bit more to connect together. All in all, a great experience. I cannot recommend Dr. Kam and his team enough! He is great! And yes, when I finally finish...I will post some "smile photos" of my dazzling "Invisaline Smile". PS. My absolutely amazing experience at Agua dentistry Dr. kam (Kamangar) was a pleasure. I flew from Canada all the way to LA for the very first time only to see Dr Kamangar. I fell in love with his work through his undeniably beautiful results and had consultation over face time with him, Ok I have to say Dr Kam is great at paying attention over FaceTime consultation And asking questions take his time to make sure my questions were answered I didnt feel rushed or brushed off Next, i get to the clinic, its located at a very beautiful part of town and the clinic itself looks absolutely stunning and squeeky clean and stylish inside which I immediately loved Every single staff member were so friendly yet very professional Great relationship between Dr Kamangar and staff which made me feel so good being around They gave a comfy blanket and headphone with my favourite musics on and I got all my teeth done in 5 and a half hours. I came here for a Rush 49 deal to get my teeth whitened. The process of getting an appointment was easy, though they did try and change my date on me. The office seemed kind of in the middle of nowhere, but that's because I'm coming from the LA area. The whitening was surprisingly fast, and while my teeth were already as white as they could be naturally, they came out even lighter and were evenly whiter (I had some darker stains on the top part of some of my teeth). The room I was in was cozy with lots of natural light and had a nice view of some trees. People were really nice, wish I lived out in Agoura Hills to make them an option for a dentist. read more

This is a very long overdue review but I needed to warn others NOT TO COME HERE. Came in about 2 years ago for a checkup, within seconds of looking at my mouth I was told I had seven cavities!!! I was quoted nearly $8000 to fix the cavities. I was absolutely shocked as I take very good care of my teeth. Went to get a second opinion from a different dentist, and within minutes was told that I had zero cavities. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. They convince their patients that their teeth are unhealthy and that they need to pay thousands of dollars to fix. Avoid the stress and money of going to this place. This just happened to my friend at another dentistry in Agoura (Agoura Hills Dental Designs); she was told she had 8 cavities and needed to pay nearly $6000 to repair them. They were adamant at trying to book the appointment and lied directly to her face as well. I don't know if this is an Agoura Hills specialty that they do. It blows my mind that both of these places have five star reviews as they are scamming people out of thousands of dollars and lying to their faces. THESE PLACES DO NOT DESERVE BUSINESS. Not to sound gross, but I hadn't had a deep cleaning in a while so I contacted the only Dentist I could trust Dr. Kam! To say the least, his staff is amazing! The manager Avisse had me scheduled and taken care of throughout the entire process. During the deep cleaning, Parham the dental hygienist was incredible. My teeth weren't the cleanest, to say the least, but Parham was able to completely clean them without feeling any pains whatsoever (we didn't even use numbing agents) that should say something about the work, care, and professionalism this dentistry displays. My wife and I searched all over SoCal for a dentist to do her veneers and we interviewed several cosmetic dentists. She had a difficult case because of her prior implants from another dentist. This review isn't for dental work - it is for Zoom 2 Whitening that I purchased through Groupon. A very friendly and professional female dental assistant did the actual whitening (an Eastern European accent?). She explained every step, was extremely gentle and did an excellent job. Sitting like a wide mouthed frog for an hour can be a pain but I was made so comfortable I found myself so relaxed I almost fell asleep. Well worth the time and money to get my teeth back to a dazzling white smile again :) Many thanks! Well my first visit with the Staff at Agoura Advanced Dentistry and even though it was all preliminary (evaluation) I still got an opportunity to see what I was walking into, literally. I was greeted upon entry. A very busy and professional nonetheless courteous receptionist. It was clear she was handling a difficult call but she still managed to multi task and answered every question I had. Not once felt rush or pushed aside. Fast forward to Alessandra. She took my X-Rays. She asked me questions and actually listened to me. We had a conversation and not once did I feel marginalized as a task. She was gentle and very aware of my prior conditions and concerns. I initially came because I heard of Dr. Kam and thought it was all going to be him and I communicating. I did speak to him before any of the X-Rays were taken and he listened. I didn't repeat myself. He was Calm and very Cool about everything which I was afraid was going to be the most difficult part. After speaking to him he had another surgery to tend to and Alessandra took over. Im totally okay with working with everyone there as they all were competent and professional. I have another appointment next week and I'm at peace knowing this is a safe place. It's important people know all of this because like myself I'm sure there are phobics and folks that have been scarred by past experiences pertaining to Dental Health and former visits with Dentists who probably shouldn't have been practicing. Fairly new to the area, we actually found Dr. Kam on Yelp. We've been very pleased with the quality of service, promptness of appointments, and friendliness of the staff. Like the other reviewers noted, they do offer other elective things, such as whitening and invisiline. Not sure why people have an issue with this. He is running a business.
