During my treatment I felt comfortable, treated very well by all staff, and had full trust in Doctor Baker's expertise. Doctor Anna and I decided to have 8 metal fillings replaced with porcelain fillings. Over the course of a few appointments, I am now officially metal free!! Each appointment went great! First time coming here and was by far the best dentist I've been to. I had a lot of plaque build up due to missing some dental cleanings, but Bahar was absolutely brilliant. I am not a patient but called to inquire about a teeth cleaning and general exam. The receptionist who answered put me on hold for five minutes and couldn't give me an answer. She didn't know exactly but said I would have to make an appointment, and depending on my X-rays they would decide what kind of cleaning I need. I have been to enough dentists to know that they can give you a general idea of their fee for a cleaning and exam. I said I didn't have insurance so I feel that they can charge you whatever they want once you are in the chair. I've read good reviews but the first point of contact is so Important and they should be knowledgeable and courteous. I don't know if this was their first day but very unimpressed and will go elsewhere. read more

They make me feel very comfortable and know how to calm someone like me. The wonderful part is that a crown only takes one visit! No going back for a second or even third time! To begin, the receptionist, hygienist, and the dentist were very pleasant. 1st red flag: The forms they hand you to fill out include a form for you to provide your credit card/debit card information. Ummm what? 2nd red flag: This was supposed to be a cleaning. I had x-rays done (which is usually part of a cleaning) but then NO actual cleaning was done. Instead, I came home with an estimate of $2400 worth of stuff I "need" to get done "urgently". I am upset that I wasted an hour of my time NOT getting my teeth clean. Yes, I do need a few things done, but NEVER in my life have I seen a filling cost $484. Yes, the white fillings are usually more expensive, but I have never paid more than $200 for a filling. OUTRAGEOUS. And since when is a crown $1700 ? 3rd: Here's the other thing that blew me away. The doc was actually rude and condescending to her hygienist. First off, I don't care WHO you are, do not talk to your employees like that and if you want to talk like that to the hygienist, do it behind closed doors. Unprofessional to do it in front of a patient with her mouth wide open. Seems like all she cares about is $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$. This is strictly my opinion. On the positive side, very nice office and yes, she loves technology. But what I love is someone to clean my teeth. I don't care that you have the latest gadgets in the field of dentistry. I think it goes without saying that our health is vital. So if I want the best doctors treating me I also want the best dentists treating me. Dr. Baker is a perfectionists. I have had several dentists over 20 years. They have been average and done average work. These are people who are subpar. Dr. Baker is meticulous and strives to provide quality dentistry. I have had a lot of work done with Dr. Baker over the last 8 years and it's been pain free and the work is excellent. Her office is equipped with the latest technology including Waterlase, CEREC, digital x-rays, infra-red imaging and electric handsets. It does not get much better. The office also goes out of their way to make you as comfortable as possible. (More like a spa visit than a dentist.) Her restoration work has been outstanding and she really takes pride in her work.
