We were very pleased with their service back then and decided to go back to them. Due to rehab work in our family room, we needed to replace the entire carpet again. We visited the store and met with Manny and another very friendly member of their staff. They provided us with some carpet samples to compare at home. We made an appt for Manny to come out and measure which he did within the window he had provided. We chose and ordered our carpet and within a few weeks was ready for installation. The installation crew was friendly and professional and did a very thorough job installing it. The carpet looks great. The crew cleaned up nicely and moved furniture back to its original origin with no issues. Once again, very satisfied with the entire experience. Prices were very reasonable and the store has a tremendous selection to choose from. This mom and pop shop is worth the visit instead of a big commercial chain box store.

Starting this past Sunday, they have new owners and the employees said the rate is DOUBLE what it was before. Absolutely outrageous and the highest in the area! $1.89 per lb. Plus extra fee if you do not pick it up the day it's ready. Needless to say we will not be back! Advice to the owners: take care of your customers and listen to your employees. You will be out of business soon!

None of these things were done. The master bedroom/bathrooms lighting was not working so they informed me they couldn't properly clean them. Which was completely fine because it wasn't there fault. They still charged me full price for those rooms and nothing was cleaned, at all. Baseboards weren't wiped, the floor was not cleaned. I expressed this all to the company and they returned $100 of my $453 charge. I had to go in and reclean everything myself, pushing our move date back which made us have to sleep in a hotel for a night (extra money that was not needed) Beware of this company.

I am selling my house and was looking for a deep cleaning of our kitchen cabinets inside and out before the open house. I booked a 3 hour cleaning for the the 8-10 a lot which i thought if they start at 10 they'd be done by 2pm and the house would be in good shape. At 5:47 pm the night before the scheduled cleaning, I received a text message from Jody indicating she was trying to reschedule the cleaning for 12pm which would mean she would be done by 3pm. Our open house was from 2-4pm. I explained my concern. She then called me and advised she would reach out to a couple that cleans for them to see if they were available. At 8:58pm she texted me back to say they were not available. I then offered for her to come and do 1 1/2 hours at half the price. Her response was minimum 3 hours which I understood but the problem was not my fault. So I cancelled. Had I cancelled at 5pm the night before the appointment, I would've been charged $50.00 cancellation fee yet they couldn't accommodate my request for 1 1/2 hours since I had no time to find another place before the open house. I'm hoping they do a darn good job for my daughters house as it was not cheap. Customers beware

They do a great job and are one of the cheapest cleaners around here. Most recently, I brought in two winter coats to be cleaned and it cost me $27. I regularly entrust them with both my bright white trench and my cream-colored pea coat and they always come back in perfect condition. The owner is very knowledgeable and offers honest advice/suggestions, even if it costs him business. For example, I brought in a leather belt after wearing it to a fish market. (It reeked. Ugh.) He suggested that rather than cleaning it, I just air it out for a few days to see if the smell went away naturally. Since I'd already tried it, I told him I still wanted it cleaned. They don't do their own leather cleaning; they send it out once a week. So he goes, "How much are you willing to spend to clean it? It may just be cheaper to get a new one." We agreed on a maximum price ($10) and he said that if it was going to cost more than that, he would just hang on to it and give it back when I picked up my other clothes. I moved to another town a few years ago, but I still make the drive to this cleaner because I trust them so much. Last thing: All of their cleaning is buy-one-get-one-half-off, so it's in your best interest to bring in two (or four or six ... ) items at a time.
