I…read moreunfortunately didn't catch the inspector's name, but he was amazing and looked over my kitchen and bathroom where I've been dealing with persistent leaks from an upstairs neighbor and shoddily done repairs by my property manager's "mold guys". He identified areas of moisture that I wasn't aware of and took his time making sure everything was looked over. He also took samples I requested. He was great and so nice and explained everything in so much detail! I don't have the report yet since it was just done last night but just wanted to let his team know he was great!

Made inquiry on Yelp for carpet steam cleaning, and this company contacted us almost immediately and were able to schedule a cleaner within a day or two. Cleaner called an hour before arrival, reviewed the site and discussed the price. Initial steam cleaning for the living room/dining room and hallway was one price. Additional shampoo, sanitizing, deodorizing, etc treatment was an additional price. We agreed to have everything done. Cleaner brought up his equipment and finished the project in less than two hours. Happy with results of our clean, almost like new carpet. Two days after drying, we noticed stains we hadn't seen before or during the cleaning process. Called back, sent photos and they said rescheduled within the week for a return. Midweek they called with a definite return trip. Cleaner re-cleaned the area. Very satisfied with the results! Saved us a lot of time!

They left a MASSIVE hole in the ceiling and say they can't help me. Step 6 of their website services outlines their restoration and rebuilding. Their management called me a liar for being upset that I was deceived, and charged me thousands of dollars for incomplete work. They caught things in the kitchen that I would've never thought to document for the claim and explained the process in a way that actually made sense. There were multiple moments where I probably would've accepted less from insurance if they hadn't stepped in. I am not writing about the experience I had had with Anton as a whole. My complaint is with the…read morePublic Adjuster Larry M. As an adjuster he gets you the money from the insurance company that will cover your losses. But as a person of relaying information to you from the insurance company, he is a disaster . Had a fit in the Kitchen in Jan. 1021. Has a lot of smoke damage in which most of the contents of the house were emptied into a pod in the driveway. The pod needed a permit in which it was Larry's job as a Public Adjuster to advise the home owner to apply for a permit with the town. Larry M. did not do this. Blamed everyone for not acquiring the permit. Subsaquintly I was issued a summons on the pod which I fortunately had dismissed. The real resulting problem came right after this. I had to start repairing and replacing damaged items from the fire. With most of my belongings in the pod, it would have been a simple task. Had to replace carpeting with hard wood floors and to paint the entire house. The Insurance company adjuster told Larry M. that, because there were no permits issued on the pod, that the contents either had to be removed and placed into storage, or removed and placed into two rooms of my house. That is not how this wend down. I was told by Larry M. I had to get permits for the work to be completed on the house, which is a big lie, because there was no structural damage, and no plumbing or electrical work. Larry M. also stated to me that the contents had to be placed back into the house. I had no choice with the information relayed to me by Larry M. but to put the contents back into the 2 rooms. NEVER let Larry M. relay information to you. Get it directly from the horses mouth. This cost me months in which I could not start repairs. Now the contents has to be taken out by a contracted mover and placed into storage. The insurance company knows the truth as to what transpired and is paying for the removal and storage while the repairs are being done. Pictures of wall to wall boxes and furniture should be visible. I DO NOT recommend Larry M. to anyone attempting to hire a public adjuster from Anton Adjusting.

The OWNER ( Daniel ) is a complete CON-ARTIST would try and tell you anything just to TAKE your MONEY!!! He does not have much experience like he CLAIMS!!!! I have gotten a Sofa/rug/ and a few chairs cleaned. I really needed it done. Plus I saw his reviews. Which I feel are FAKE and he has FRIENDS writing them for him. Just to make his company look GOOD!! Any way he OVER CHARGED me but I still went with it. After his ONE worker ( A Hispanic man ) was done there were water still left on the floors. I was told 24 hours for everything to be dry. 2 days later and a few items are still sorta WET!!! I called in to see what can be done but was given the RUN around!!! I still have yet to get it done OVER!!! STAY AWAY FROM USA CARPETS!!! use another service even with lesser reviews!!! I recently moved to ridgewood, the apartment I took was semi-furnished and had 2 big old sofas in there, they looked really disgusting. I called Dani to come by for a quote, he seemed like a very pleasant guy over the phone. The next day 9:00am sharp he was in my apartment, he explained me what needed to be done, they price and how long it would take. I thanked him for his time and said that I need to think about his reaction was "No problem, you can call me anytime", what a sweetheart!! previous time when I said it to a different company their reaction was "you need to pay us 65$ service call" anyway I called Dani the next day and booked up the appointment, his workers came on time, were very professionals and did a great job. I recently moved to a new apartment, which already had furniture in it. The sofas were a mess, but they were so comfortable that I didn't want to give up on them. I called Danny, and he came a few days later. A few hours later and I was astound with that happened. The sofas looked brand new. I was so happy to see that, since like I said, I really love how they feel. The price was fair, the staff was friendly and the outcome was unbelievable. I called USA Carpets after my cat urinated on my Persian rug that was given to me by my grandmother. I felt hopeless in the beginning because I thought the stain would be permanent. When the technician arrived to my house they inspected the area and told me that the stain is not a problem and my rug can be saved. I got my rug back delivered after 7 days and I must say it looks fully restored just the way it was when I first got it. I have no idea why usa carpet received so many great reviews.they clearly are having friends and family post reviews.this is a total scam ! they tell you that they have to see the carpet to give a estimate.when they came to my house ,they told me that it would cost 1500$ to clean a medium sized oriental rug.the rug cost me only 300$ when I bought it.i guess they thought they found a sucker but I passed when I was told the over inflated price. read more

Johnnie, our tech representative, did a knock-out job cleaning our section sofa. He arrived early for the appointment and was finished earlier than expected! Furthermore, with his large equipment in tow, Johnnie was able to keep his footprint to a minimum. That's difficult to do in an NYC studio apartment. Excellent Carpet Cleaning did a wonderful job on the steam clean of what I thought was a pretty dirty carpet in our investment condo. It came out pretty much spotless, which was amazing. We also hired them to clean the grouting in the kitchen/hallway tiles, which was extremely dirty. I have to say I was shocked at how brand new it looked after they were done. read more

Instead of calling and telling me what was happening they text me and said they needed more time to get it perfect. They added dye to areas making new marks that weren't originally there. They had promised and full refund, and than decided to change their mind after I reached out wondering when I receiving the refund. Save your money and go somewhere else. Extremely unprofessional!!

I got a few quotes from some places I had searched for on Yelp and I cannot say enough amazing things about this company! The gentleman on the phone worked with me on the price, was prompt, friendly and employs an amazing team of guys who came to pick up my very heavy and stinky rug and dropped off the nice and clean one (make sure to tip them, they work super hard)!
