They messaged me with an estimate pretty quickly and I was able to set up an appointment through their website. If there's one thing I love, it's a business that embraces using technology. On the day of the cleaning, I received a friendly call from Rachelle letting me know they had a cancellation and could arrive earlier if I was available. I emphasize friendly because a lot of business can come off pretty cold when trying to fit you into a different time slot but she had a lot of positive energy in her voice and emphasized it was optional. Doren arrived shortly afterwards. He was very professional, evaluated the current condition of the carpet, and explained how the the process of the cleaning would take place. He wore a mask and shoe covers the entire time. The actual carpet cleaning took about an hour and it turned out looking great! Doren provided me a pair of shoe covers so I could review the final condition while it was still drying. I was all set to give this business a horrible review as the customer service representative who took my order completely got it wrong and the technicians could not do the work on the day as promised due to time constraints. Errors happen but great businesses know how to approach them, and this business certainly did. I made an appt. That was the only easy part. Then they don't show up so I call and they claim to have called me (nope) to tell me that he got into an accident and can't come. I rescheduled for today. They give me a window of 5-8. Then they call me at 12:30 to ask if they can come at 1. I tell them that my family is busy but we can reschedule to 2:30. At 3:30 they call me to tell me that they are able to come at 5. I completely lost my mind because our entire day and my entire schedule for my family has been disrupted and I still don't have clean carpets. I called the office to make a complaint and they basically took my phone number and said someone from that department will call me back. I'm still waiting for a phone call. I used PURE CARPET CARE to clean all of my 10+ year old carpets throughout my upstairs bedrooms. hallways and high-traffic stairs. Doren was more than punctual and had a very kind disposition. To cut to the chase, my carpets look like new. He uses an organic citrus cleaner and powerful equipment. He even got out most of some rust stains embedded in the carpet due to water damage and an old stain from a spill of jewelry cleaner from years ago. He said it would take about 3 to 4 hours to dry, and recommended leaving the fans on and keeping the house as cool as possible. He even gave us plastic nonskid booties to walk on the carpet so we wouldn't slip and a bottle of carpet stain cleaner.We left the house for the afternoon and when we got home late in the evening the carpets were almost completely dry. His prices are reasonable, and I would use him again sooner than I normally would because of this. My house smells and looks very fresh and clean, and I couldn't recommend this service more highly. He cleaned my badly stained carpeting and living room upholstery. Honestly, I didn't think he'd be able to get a lot of these stains out but after he was done, everything looked new. I was thrilled! I thought the price he charged me was very fair. He cleaned my living room and hallway carpeting as well as spot cleaned my children's bedroom carpeting.
