She called us but being 100+ miles away we could only be so much help. We tried to tell her thing she could maybe do to try and fix it but with no real way to fix it from miles away, she said there is 1 shop still open in town, 5:45 on a Friday, I am going to see if they can help. Well this mom is soooo happy they could! They got her window back up and unhooked the window button so she couldn't hit by accident over the weekend (when they were not open). We are so happy that there were there to stay late and help her! And FREE!! She will be doing ANY work she needs done on her car there! This mom says THANK YOU!

Also, 15 year old cars break. The repair shop is in no way responsible for a 15 year old car breaking. Think about it. The automotive repair service is challenging enough without folks running their cars ragged for 15 years and expecting the shop to take the heat for it. Counter to Peggy's self serving sentiment, Paul's Automotive is the most predictable, honest, reliable shop in Marshall! 5 out of 5 stars!
