I have been working very hard on getting my credit score to a good standing spot! I wanted to be in…read morea position where I could put in for an auto loan and actually be approved and get the car of my dreams! Well On December 4th at 8 am I decided to try to call Kruse Motors as I knew from the website and all of the ratings it would be the greatest place to try. I was greeted with the sweetest Hello from Krystal Senske, She was so nice, friendly, thoughtful and helped me in every way possible through every step of my process to try to get a car loan. I walked into this situation with a pre-approval for a 2017 Ford Escape (with a lot of miles, not the opportune buy) thankfully I was not able to get financing for that one. Krystal called me and texted me all along the way so that I knew of everything that was going on every step of the way. She needed more information or more questions answered I would get her the information that she requested right away. Finally it was about 5:51 pm she called and said Miss Jackie; I have some good news and some bad news! I was like ok what's up? she said I couldn't get the financing for the Ford Escape that you wanted but I could get you financed for a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan SE. I was more then happy to be approved for anything as I had no vehicle whatsoever! So She stated that she could meet us in that am after a meeting she had to pick us up to see the van and be sure that it was what I wanted!! On December 5th I woke up at exactly 8 am Krystal called me and said Good Morning Miss Jackie!! I am going to have Uncle Tom come get you he should be there around 10:30-10:45 ok? I said absolutely I cant wait to meet you! I am so thankful and so excited! Exactly at 10:30 Uncle Tom was there and greeted us with pleasant conversation and a very friendly ride to the dealership! I would recommend Kruse Motors to my friends, my family anyone who is looking for friendly, family orientated, caring, amazing and incredible people!. Uncle Tom told me one thing that stood out! the best thing to do, is to do the right thing first so as not to have to fix a mistake! So I get to the dealership and I am greeted by Krystal and she gave the most beautiful warm loving hug! she was personable, empathetic, amazing and just a complete delight. I sit down and she said to me there has been a change of plans. I was so confused as I went there looking for this van. On the table set a special Chevrolet key, she said as you can see I have sitting on the desk in front of me a special key that has a chevy emblem on it not a dodge, She continued to explain that when she had tried to start the van and bring it to the front for me there was an more damage to the tailgate and there was no way she would sell me that! so she made sure that my finance company would cover the cost of this new car for me and even made sure the cars price was set low enough to be in my budget range! I instantly cried, never and I mean never have I ever had someone go so far out to make sure that I was ok and on top of that the truth is I wanted a suv, I wanted a 4x4, I wanted low miles, I wanted reliable, I wanted safe, this vehicle I couldn't have even pulled from my dreams! Its more then I ever wanted, its more then I ever imagined! today I had more then angels watching out for me!! I Will do all my business with Kruse Motors, I will always keep in contact with Krystal as she made a forever friend! and Uncle Tom ( he has more family lol ) What an amazing experience! How can you even put into words the feelings and emotions and everything that you go through when you actually buy your first ever car! I signed all my papers today, as I drove away I had to fight the tears that wanted to stream from my eyes! I have never felt happiness like that.

Sold the one that I drove out . In my dealings with Jason and his brother, found them to be honest which is vital in any business transaction. If I was to knock something, Jason could have been a notch or two more organized with paperwork. It's not much of a review if I cannot find some aspect to critique. Prompt payment for the car that I sold through Park-N-Sell. Would do business here again!

I brought my truck in for a routine oil change. Instead, I received a call from the service…read moremanager, Chuck, telling me there was now an issue and that my oil pan would need to be replaced. What made the situation even more frustrating was being asked whether I knew what a drain plug was or whether I understood anything about vehicles. Yes, I do understand vehicles very well--which is exactly why I had serious concerns about how a simple oil change suddenly turned into an expensive repair. My truck did not go in needing an oil pan. It went in needing an oil change. The technician damaged the drain plug, and I was initially left with the impression that I would be responsible for the cost of repairing the resulting damage--potentially thousands of dollars--and would be left without my vehicle. I made it very clear that I was not going to accept this or being spoke to like that. Chuck quickly understood that I expected the dealership to correct the problem, and have my truck returned to me by the end of the day. Mistakes can happen. What determines whether I continue doing business with a company is how they handle those mistakes. Trying to shift the financial responsibility to the customer--and speaking to the customer as though they don't understand their own vehicle--is unacceptable. They have permanently lost my trust and my business. I will not return, and neither will members of my family. If i could give no stars I would.

She called us but being 100+ miles away we could only be so much help. We tried to tell her thing she could maybe do to try and fix it but with no real way to fix it from miles away, she said there is 1 shop still open in town, 5:45 on a Friday, I am going to see if they can help. Well this mom is soooo happy they could! They got her window back up and unhooked the window button so she couldn't hit by accident over the weekend (when they were not open). Also, 15 year old cars break. The repair shop is in no way responsible for a 15 year old car breaking. Think about it. The automotive repair service is challenging enough without folks running their cars ragged for 15 years and expecting the shop to take the heat for it. Counter to Peggy's self serving sentiment, Paul's Automotive is the most predictable, honest, reliable shop in Marshall! 5 out of 5 stars!
