He is GREAT, not only at what he does but just being an overall nice guy in general. We just finished a home renovation project and were in the process of putting our house back together (furniture, picture hanging, ect). I contacted Mike about putting some chairs and dressers together as well as hanging several mirrors and pieces of art around the house (one of which was a huge portrait for over the fire place). We fully expected the job to take between six to eight hours but asked him to come for three hours first because we weren't ready to spend that much money after our renovation. To our great delight, at the three hour mark he finished all but one of the items on our list. We went ahead and paid for another hour and got everything we needed put together and hung in four hours (half the time and price of what we were expecting). The real gold star for him though, is him giving my friend his screw gun while she was putting my drapes up. He could have easily stood their laughing at her trying to screw it in and offer to do it himself (at a cost) when she ultimately failed. Instead he offered up his own tools so that she was able to complete the job. He's a real stand up guy and I'm happy to have done business with him! Highly recommend!

The crew did a great job, worked hard, and we even tipped each of the three installers $100 because we appreciated their work. Unfortunately, after the installation, the keypad did not work. I don't necessarily believe this was the installer's fault--it may have been a defective keypad. I ordered a replacement myself and simply asked the owner if someone could come back to swap it out. He replied but didn't give me a straight answer, he was actually nasty. I've sent multiple text messages over the past weeks. The lack of communication and customer service has been extremely disappointing. When you spend a lot of money with a company, you expect them to stand behind their work and at least return a customer's message. It's frustrating that such a small service request has been completely ignored. Because of this experience, I can no longer recommend this company. A quality installation is important, but so is customer service after the job is complete.

From the beginning they responded quickly. Alena is who I worked with directly in terms of the design of our cabinetry .. she came to our home and was very friendly. She measured and double checked her measurements, suggested ideas and worked with me on what I was looking for- we went back and forth via email for a few different design options and was always quick to respond when I had a question or concern (which was often because I'm a worry wart) Has something ever seemed too good to be true so you are just waiting for the "bad news" to hit? That's how I felt- everything was going too smoothly- too easily and too right to be reality. I have delt with other companies and that's always my experience- if the start is great the product is terrible or the install- always a little something- but not here!
