I did leave without buying the grow tent i wanted that they said they had in stock, because when they went to look, they couldn't find them. just like the lights, i'm assuming they were there somewhere. or there computer systems needs updating. things moved slow... (laid back a bit) but i liked it, I enjoyed the laid back atmosphere. one guy would try to help me, and he took off to go get answers, but would often not return, but it didnt bother me. they were busy, and i found him helping other people. Then i asked for help again, the person i asked, tried to help, but i could tell he really didnt know specifics enough to help me, but an unexpected employee "Matt" came in for a few minutes for whatever reason, and this guy asked Matt if he had time to help me. he was honest and said no, he was in a hurry and "it was his day off" He approached me im sure hoping he could answer my questions quickly and get going. This product was ruined or certainly diminished greatly from the soaking. I will buy from a supplier who can keep their nutes and amendments indoors. Sorry guys but you need to have a better storage situation. We pay a lot for your products.

There's only a limited amount of hydroponics shops in the bay area and when I heard there was a…read morelocation in Fairfield, I knew I needed to visit in hopes to transition my plant care into hydroponics. I had a long list of items that I needed to purchase and wanted to support local shops before ordering items off of amazon and these items were very specific since I've been doing a few months of research into my upcoming experiment. This location is right off I80 and in a hidden spot. You can easily drive by it if you're not paying attention since the parking lot is camouflaged by trees and shrubs. The parking lot is shared with other companies but every time I've visited I was able to catch a spot at store front and fortunately I visited before the time listed on Yelp because it was nearing five o'clock and the store was about to close (I posted their new operation hours). I was met by Casey and he was able to help me find a few things I needed. The store was kind of bare and didn't have most of the items on my list but when I showed Casey my list from amazon, he offered some similar items and said he'd price match so that was cool. He helped bring my plant amendment to my car and told me that they'd be getting a new shipment in soon and to call the store and ask if they had what I needed in stock or they could order it for me. The second time I visited was about a week after my first trip and needed a pH pen. Had they had a pH/Condo meter, I would of purchased it on the spot but I had hopes to find what I needed but could no longer wait. I didn't catch the other guys name but he was friendly enough. I was able to purchase the pH meter and he said that if I had any questions to come by and they could help me but I appreciate him for offering the help and thought it would be great for others to know that the employees are willing to help you even after your purchases. Hopefully they'll get more supplies on the shelves. I'll probably need to restock in a few months so I'll most likely call in the future and take Casey up on ordering a few items for me.
