That completely defeats the purpose of having water delivered in the first place. I had a large amount of water on site that I had already paid for, but because my usage didn't align with their internal turnover expectations, they chose to discontinue service. There were no payment problems, no missed deliveries, no disputes -- just a mismatch between how quickly they wanted bottles cycled and how a normal person actually uses water. A customer's life shouldn't have to revolve around a company's bottle logistics. Service should adapt to real usage, not require customers to restructure their routines to fit a rigid delivery model. Dumped by a water delivery company? Yes. If you go with this company, understand that flexibility is very limited, and if your consumption pattern doesn't match their system, you may be pushed out -- even if you're a reliable paying customer.

But while my husband and I were changing out an empty 5-gallon bottle, we noticed a white, thumb-sized fleck floating at the bottom. At first I assumed it was just a piece of plastic from the cap, so we emptied the bottle to check. To my absolute horror, it was a slug. We had been drinking water from that bottle for the past week with a SLUG floating in it. I gagged immediately. It was absolutely disgusting and alarming. Another reviewer mentioned finding a paintbrush and pencil at the bottom of their bottle, and I wish I found that than this. How sanitary is their bottling and quality control process if a slug can end up inside a sealed bottle unnoticed? I'm still sick over it. I wish I had taken a picture, but I was so disgusted that I immediately dumped it down the sink. Because I was able to order their premium purified RO water vs. only having the option to order alkaline water. And let me tell you, I LOVE the taste of their premium purified water. Love, love, love!!! Recently I had considered switching to a local water company simply because they were a couple of dollars cheaper. I tried their RO purified water, thinking it would be the same and the switch would be easy. Boy, was I wrong! It tasted like basic spring water vs. the pleasant crystal clear flavor of TBWCo's premium purified. No joke, the flavor of their water is why I stay. It's simply the best tasting purified water I've found - it's a pleasure to drink!!! Especially considering I drink it all day every day. Since the initial wave of delivery issues some 10 years ago, I have never had issues since. I've moved multiple times. They're in my phone, we text weekly to confirm delivery. When I move the deliveries continue without a hitch to my new address. Putting a hold on deliveries is super easy when we're traveling.
