I had been a paying customer in good standing with Urban Oasis, and my only "issue" was that I didn't consume water fast enough for their delivery schedule. Instead of water delivery being a convenience, it became something I had to actively manage -- tracking bottle counts, timing usage, and adjusting my routine just to stay within their service structure. That completely defeats the purpose of having water delivered in the first place. I had a large amount of water on site that I had already paid for, but because my usage didn't align with their internal turnover expectations, they chose to discontinue service. There were no payment problems, no missed deliveries, no disputes -- just a mismatch between how quickly they wanted bottles cycled and how a normal person actually uses water. A customer's life shouldn't have to revolve around a company's bottle logistics. Service should adapt to real usage, not require customers to restructure their routines to fit a rigid delivery model. Dumped by a water delivery company? Yes. If you go with this company, understand that flexibility is very limited, and if your consumption pattern doesn't match their system, you may be pushed out -- even if you're a reliable paying customer. read more

I have not yet tried the water, but the website while pretty, is so poorly designed I didn't know what they are selling. I had to drill down through all their pages until I finally found (under Water Delivery) what kinds of water they offer, and there is NO price list and not billing information. It seems that you have to call to get any kind of information that should be on the first page - at least what kind of water they offer and what the difference is! At least an "Our Products" button at the top. This does not inspire me to start working with them. read more

Super disrespectful customer service. I am using urban oasis more than two years and they have several mistakes all this time, but they were never disrespectful until when I stopped working with them . They supposed to deliver water last week and they didn't. I called the office and they told they delivered my water and she told me she has a picture to shows i had a water. Unfortunately I didn't have any delivery and then she called me back. She was really Sorry they delivered the water different address by mistake.. And today they came to pick up the empty bottles because I decided to don't work with them anymore. unfortunately, I forget to bring the bottles outside and I asked, I will bring the empty bottles in Glendale office by myself and she told me she will not accept that and she will charge money from my account and she told me I'm a disrespectful person hang up the phone. I get it, it's a water place...what's there to discuss? Well, the three things you really hope for when searching for an H2O shop are: -Variety of offerings -Customer Service -Cleanliness Urban Oasis has you covered for purified and alkaline water on tap, but those seem to be the only two options. When I'm in the San Fernando Valley, I try to visit EcoH20 which has more of a variety that includes Kangen and Oxygenated water, which I'd love to see at U.O. Customer service is always great, which starts with a loyalty program that leads to discounts, and ends with a friendly set of hands helping you load your car full of their magical water. I know they deliver as well, but for that, I believe you have to sign up first at the store rather than online. The cleanliness factor at Urban Oasis is also top notch, which is comforting, considering you'll soon be ingesting what they've been preparing on premises. We have been getting our bottled water delivered by Urban Oasis for almost 2 years. This is a fantastic company! They always deliver on time and the delivery is always correct. We have a standard number of bottles to deliver each time, but if we contact them up to 2 days before the delivery date to reduce or add bottles, it is absolutely no problem and the delivery still is always correct! Customer Service is excellent and they are always very friendly. They have purified (reverse osmosis filtered) and alkaline water to choose from. The water really does taste great. I love that they are family owned and local. I highly recommend them!! read more

Hmm. Doesn't seem to be a walk in store anymore. It has a built out water dispenser in front and the door is covered in craft paperso you can't see inside. Im here at 11 am on Saturday so it should be open but looks like they don't sell anything but water. Bring your own jugs for refilling. DO NOT GET WATER DELIVERY FROM THIS COMPANY. I've been dealing with this company for a little over a year the first 6-7 months they were great! On time reliable and I had them take an automatic payment from my account monthly. I never change my order! Until recently the past 4-6 months they been over charging me! I usually pay $67 a month for 3 5gallon water w/ rental. But the first over charge was $248! I call immediately and they apologized saying oh we have new staff sorry for the error. And then they did it again and charged $147 because they made up a reason of them didn't charging me from last month which still didn't add up. And every time the total would change off and on for $5-10 add on which adds up if you not paying attention. So then I decided to have them call me for every authorization of every month payment b/c of all the incorrect discrepancies and locked my card. Then, recently they called to approve a total and I said yes on the phone and then they charge me a totally different price again. At this point I'm livid. I called and talk to Lola and she was completely rude to me saying we made another "error" again forget to charge some other "fees" . I told her at that point waive the fees b/c clearly y'all are not an organized business and I feel like I getting scam for new prices for the same order every month. She said I not doing it and if you don't pay you won't get your water. I've canceled with them since then. They are unorganized and they will scam you for different totals if you are not watching what they charge. There are better water companies that are way more cheaper for quality and better customer service . I've also tried to call to talk to a manager/supervisor but lola has blocked me my phone number! Horrible company. The service people show up unannounced and unschedueld interrupting your workday. Rude and unreasonable. They delivered water that was taking me longer to get through, and then showed up to pick up full bottles of water that I have already paid for, without refund. Response: This company is like if a waiter at a restaurant dropped off your plates with food, and then harassed you to finish your food to return the plate every 5 minutes. I am still drinking the water I paid for? What would you like me to do? Why are you sending people to pick up bottles that I am clearly not done with? Why would I take my valuable time to explain common sense: I am still not done with the water? If I'm drinking the waters too slow, then send someone to pick the fill bottles up WITH A REFUND for the water I paid for -- your team attempted to pick them up numerous times without refund? (As if a waiter at a restaurant came to pick up your plate full of food still) Which is just stealing money from your clients. The bottles will be available for pickup when they are NOT full of water. This is common sense and reasonable. TLDR; How to run a water delivery business (from a multi-millionaire) and not get bad reviews: wait until your clients are finished with the water, before harassing them with calls and emails, sending people to pick up the bottles and trying to charge for more when they literally aren't even finished with the previous delivery. I told the delivery guy this multiple times. Also common sense: if I had empty bottles, I would call to get them picked up. No communication equals no need for it. read more

My friend in Koreatown gets their Alkaline water from this company so I thought I should too. But I live closer to Silverlake so I decided to get Alkaline water from their Silverlake branch. I was so excited to get Alkaline water again because my mom has it in her house but she lives in Ontario and I now live in Los Angeles. I wanted to get the delivery service since I live by myself and there is no way I can carry a 5 gallon bottle by myself. So when my boyfriend was visiting I asked him to help me so I can get one 5 gallon bottle first to try the water. So we went to the branch in Silverlake on Thursday. Got a 5 gallon bottle and asked the guy to fill it with alkaline water. Now the guy said that it can be stored for upto a year because their water is purified first then they make it alkaline, or something like that. I was sold at that moment. My mistake was I didn't ask to test the water. Come Tuesday I became curious and asked my co-worker to bring her tester because she has Kangen water in her home. So she came to work with her ph drops, her alkaline water and her purified water. Now our office has Sparkletts and I brought my water from Urban Oasis. Please see attached photo to see for yourself. I've been getting my water needs from this location for over a couple years now. Always great customer service; friendly and helpful. I typically like going inside and will go when they're open. I've also purchased another 3-gallon glass water bottle, upright stand, and 1-gallon glass water bottles here. One star less as I've had a couple issues with the self-serve stations outside the store when I grab water after the store has closed. The machine has taken my cash/coins with no change. I have been getting water from this company since they had only one shop in Koreatown after my boyfriend told me that this was the only water store in the area that sold alkaline water. When they opened up this store near my home in Echo Park, I was elated and have been going to them since! I love my alkaline water and the salespeople have always been very helpful. I have bought water canteens from their store, bottle cleaners, and even switched my water dispenser to glass. They have always been super knowledgeable about their water and their products and they never hesitate to assist me with carry-outs since my tiny self looks at those full jugs like "whoa". An added benefit is that you can even fill your jugs outside when they are closed enabling you to get purified or alkaline water at your disposal at any time of the day. It's a small parking lot but it sure beats the street parking at their Koreatown location. Give them a shot if you're looking for alkaline/purified water. This is technically processed alkaline water. For much more $36, you can get Mountain Valley naturally alkaline water in a glass bottle. Initially I had a good experience with this place. And then I cancelled my service because I realized that I could buy my own bottles and fill them at the local co-op- saving some money. When I asked for my service to be cancelled, they were very understanding but they have refused to refund me for my bottle deposit. When you start your service you put money down for the bottles your water is delivered in. When you return your bottles and you stop your service, you should get that deposit back, correct? Well! Not at this place. I have emailed several times and called and left a voicemail 3 times now. Nobody will return my calls and nobody will give me a clear answer on why I received $8.75 back for my deposit when I should have received $30. Incompetent at it's finest. In the beginning we were purchased a cooler and were told it would work with their glass bottles, it did not. The spout did not fit securely, but they tried to tell me it was okay. NOT! Bugs, spiders, and dust could easily get inside. So they brought us a different cooler that was a floor model, discounted, but got scratched more. No big deal, it all got resolved and we got water. I over projected how much water we needed and had them reduce our supply. Thought it was squared away, but instead of leaving full bottles in replacement of the emptied ones, they just left a full order outside! I had a very lengthy discussion with Fabi on what we wanted and what was expected. Next thing ya know, Cameron came out and did not pick up the additional full bottles, just left them. Fabi informed me he'd pick them up, called her back. This time George answered. I went over the entire debacle with him and he assured me he would handle it. Next thing I know Cameron is calling asking me the same things I'd already covered with George. I was so frustrated! He said Fabi told him to call. She clearly had not communicated with George. IN WRITING Fabi told me she's send me a calendar for May and also an adjusted invoice. Never got it or a water delivery. So I emailed them. No response. Called today, George answered. Said he had no idea why we didn't get a delivery but would someone come out in 5 days. He said it was because they didn't have anyone in the area. Basically, it wasn't convenient for them. As I approached The business to go in and get water a man came to the door saying "no no no" and trying to close the door in my face with no further explanation. Another customer was getting water from the outdoor window service but I prefer to get my water from the indoor purifiers because I think it's cleaner. After he finished answering her in a civilized manner I asked him "OK so why are you closing the door in my face?" At this point he stated that they are closed for the month of October. This is October 14th and there is no signage indicating such and no way I would've known that, save for someone trying to close the door in my face. This place is amazing. The water is the best I've ever tasted. Alkaline is really the way to go. I don't drink that much daily and I've noticed it really helps me hydrate faster. It's no placebo effect. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Alex was very nice and helped me out a lot. I come here regularly and it's well worth the drive. I've been to others, but this is head&shoulders above the rest when it comes to pricing and service. The ICE is amazing too. I really loved coming to this store, their alkaline water is delicious. I have been a loyal customer for over a year... Even after moving over 15 miles away, I still traveled there to get my water. Unfortunately, I feel that I need to leave a negative review regarding their customer service. I recently bought a half gallon amber colored glass bottle and after two uses, a shard of glass from the grooves in the lid came off as I was unscrewing the lid to take a drink. In the whole two days that I had the bottle, I took great care of it. I know that the damage that happened was not caused by me, it was a shoddy product. I called the store and was told that they could not replace the bottle for me. I paid $10 for the bottle and I expected to have a good quality product. Sadly, that is not the case. I recommend that you do not purchase any of their glass bottle products because of the poor quality and the lack of customer service. I no longer feel like traveling so far to purchase their water because of their horrible return policy. I'm sure they paid a lot less than $10 for the bottle from the manufacturer and I am extremely disappointed that they could not exchange this bottle for me. I give this place 4 stars for the quality of water. The water I brought home from here tastes good. The Alka-water, tastes really good. I know I'm repeating myself, but it's late as I write this review. Parking was bad. The person manning the store had very pleasant customer service energy, but he had too many customers waiting in line to be served. My feeling is that the $.25 / gallon water should be something people can self-start -- but maybe he has to be the person to give the okay for folks to take the water off the counter after they pay. One big concern: I think they responded to the "CASH-ONLY-BAD" reviews on Yelp, and now they have a computer in the middle of the store(!) where they enter your credit card information in full of view of everyone. It's weird and made me feel like my security was being compromised! A swiper and a processor and some kind of reassurance would make me feel better about the transaction. Consider this posting a request to be contacted and told that my info is safe and by what methods! The most laidback purified water store/merchandise you will find in the city. Their options: glass, BPA plastic, 1 gallon, 2 gallon, 3 gallon, etc. make it VERY simple to get the right size, shape, and substance for your home and family. Plus, the customer service is excellent. DO YOUR RESEARCH. I didn't and then learned that buying Alkaline water at $2 per gallon is not a good long-term economic option. There are reverse-osmosis filters that can be added to your sink for $125 that last 6 months. There are also Alkaline filters (like Brita) that cost $100 upfront, but last for 5 months with continued use. Trust me, a gallon of alkaline water goes fast, especially if you share. BE SMART. Still, I give the business 5 stars because the customer service was nothing to complain about. read more

I love this place. They have excellent customer service, and the best water I have tasted in Los Angeles. I have their monthly delivery service, and I also fill up bottles occasionally at their 24 hour vending machine. I always get the alkaline water because it makes me feel the best. I also give the water to my cats and they love it too. Unfortunately LA tap water is terrible to drink, it's full of chemicals and minerals and things like fluoride which are harmful to your health. Thankfully there is an affordable water delivery option at Urban Oasis. The owner is very smart to hire such wonderful people to work in the store, and I especially love my delivery driver! He's awesome. I rent a cooler from them as well, and when it started leaking he brought a replacement right away. Would 100% recommend anyone to come here for water. read more
