I just had the most shockingly rude service here. Came in for the first time, he did not greet me when I came in, and just stood there silently watching me obviously struggling to clean my bottle. When I sprayed water all over my face and shirt, he didn't move a muscle or ask if he could help. I had to go seek out a paper towel for my face in the bathroom. Then I attempted to fill the bottle, as these places are usually self serve and this one is CLEARLY set up for self service. Finally, I had to ask which button to press, as he had not budged from behind the counter. He came rushing over angrily telling me that if it's my first time, then I need to ask for help and not do it by myself. He pushed the ON button and stormed back behind the counter. Did not say thank you/you're welcome or goodbye to me when I left. I was SO uncomfortable and I will NEVER come back. I can continue to get my water WITH COURTEOUS SERVICE at WaterLA on Vermont (corner of Lexington), like I have been doing for years. They fill the bottle for you, give you a clean cap, wipe it dry, and secure the spout. For literally the same price. read more

I recently moved to Koreatown from the west side and have been looking for a reliable water store. After searching on yelp, I found this spot! I love this water store because it's super clean, looks organized, and the owner is kind. They have regular purified water and alkaline water. Prices are fair and affordable. For 5 gallons of alkaline is $10 and for regular is $2. The owner also wore gloves when filling up the water jugs. I've tried both alkaline and regular from here and they both taste great! They also sell the water jugs, plants and water dispensers of different sizes and styles at affordable prices. I will definitely be a loyal customer! read more

These guys are amazing! Have been using their water delivery system for over a year and can't tell you how convenient it is!! He texts me asking if I need water I let him know how many and they magically show up at my door lol! Don't forget to leave the bottles out for them to swap Ive forgotten a few times and they are super nice when I do, I just go into the store and drop them off. Very reasonable price as well. I get the alkaline glass water jugs. 3 of them last me about 2 1/2 - 3 weeks. I do drink a lot of water so it might vary for some people! I was very happy to see an alkaline water place in my neighborhood until I went there to fill up my 3 5 gallon water bottles and they want TWO DOLLARS A GALLON for alkalized water. I can't imagine what kind of business owner could be comfortable charging this kind of outrageous amount for water. This is nothing short of egregious price gouging and I am having no part of it. Living in LA, good quality drinking water is hard to find. Thankfully this water store is here to serve our local community. The owner is very friendly and the place is immaculate, which is very important when they're providing you with drinking water. We use multiple 5 gallon containers. The great thing here is they accept debit and credit card payments INSIDE and OUTSIDE!! No more dealing with bills or change, its an easy swipe and go! The outdoor water machine offers both purified and alkaline water but ONLY accepts card. The price is reasonable for a water store in the area at $0.40 a gallon. So it works out to $2 per 5 gallon bottle and $2/gallon for Alkaline water. The best part of going here is the taste of the water and using the outdoor vending machine after hours. They do have 1 specific parking spot for water loading, 10 min max. read more

I was looking for a new place to get my alkaline water when the place I started to recieve my water from began to test a lot like tap water, it just seemed to taste different. I discovered this place by luck, & right away you can taste the quality in the alkaline water. I also like the fact that it is very clean in there & the owner is very nice. He also rinses the water out properly with the dispenser before filling it up. The water per gallon was a bit higher ($2 a gallon) than what I pay at other places ($1.25) but the water tastes so good, that I don't mind. Don't forget to ask about their loyal program! read more

Incredibly refreshing ambiance and aesthetic greenery inside to make your water experience even more fulfilling. The sanitation was great, the owner even going to clean the refill station right after I used it; not to mention the hand sanitizer right at the checkout area in the store, always at eye-view. I appreciated that the machinery was easily seen through the glass and that everything was so outright in plain sight that you wouldn't even question the quality of water you were drinking. Where do I start? As I walked into the store, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the store. Items related to water such as bottles of all sizes, cups, pumps, etc. were all neatly organized. The huge filters and the tanks in plain view were assertive of the quality of the water. I was greeted by Patrick, who was willing to help me with my bottles. He gave a good rinse to my bottles and caps before asking what kind of water I wanted. I asked for the alkaline to try it out. He filled up the bottles, dried them off with towels, and place them on a cart for me to easily carry them to my car. I had bought a very expensive alkaline water filter many years ago, but to be honest, I couldn't tell the difference. In fact, I felt it gave me constipation! lol. I was sort of hesitant to try, but I'm glad I did! My mother who is advanced in age loves this water! (No more bottle water!) My two kids were also surprised how well alkaline water went down. My wife and I tried it also, and water went down a lot smoother, if that's even possible... lol. Within a week, I felt with a bit more energy, and I had no problems going to the bathroom. In fact, I felt (warning graphic) everything moving? smoother. My family and I enjoy this quality water now. First of all, I really appreciate that they take sanitation seriously. They always wear masks (I believe they even sell those reusable masks ,) wear gloves, wipe the bottles, etc after each customer. I know how time consuming and effort it takes. They also invite into the store one customer at a time. The business is clean and bright, which can't be said the same for a lot of water stores unfortunately. Patick is friendly and very helpful. I didn't quite believe in alkaline water but it seems to help with my acid reflux as I haven't had serious heartburn after started drinking alkaline water! read more

This guy was a complete asshole to my wife to the point where she called me upset and in tears about how this asshole was disrespectful and super aggressive with her. I know and he's knows that this would of never happen if I was present, so I gave the guy a call and he try to down play everything, but I Made him realized that he need it to apologized for he's disrespectful behavior towards my wife. This place is great -- what can I say! One Down Dog Yoga is upstairs, but they don't have a filtered water fountain. I fill up my personal bottle here for a few coins -- totally worth it -- and the nice man working the store even cleaned my bottle and cap for me! Great service. Great water. Very clean environment. Employees/owners always wear masks, have constructed a cashier barrier, and keep the door propped open for optimal air flow. If I could I would give this place no stars to start off we have been coming here since they opening with our baby because we love alkaline water for our family. We had an incident where when we came his place was closed and we thought conveniently we could use they're refills outside the machines but when we used them it did not even fill out bottles half way because the spout was broken . Then I called him and spoke with him over the phone and he said he could refill them for free and I loved that so much because we live far. But then I came back and things took a sharp left he arrived late I went in politely with my 3 bottles then he asked if I took a photo of the bottles and I didn't becaus that was never asked of me to do. I showed him proof with the statement like he asked then he refused to do it I asked why and he began YELLING AT ME a woman of course I left and didn't want nothing to do with him he yelled at me so bad never come here so he can mistreat you !! I've been to many alkaline stores and have to say this is definitely one of the best. The layout of the store is well designed with both interior and exterior water filling stations. I've been so happy with Lawrence and my water. Actually I refer all my friends to him. I get 3 five gallons of Akaline and 1 five gallon of reverse osmosis water. What I like about it is the prices, they are extremely reasonable, the water quality is always on par. The biggest benefit, if you are within range is the delivery because I have a hard time schlepping that much water in my house with many, many stairs. Thank you for that Lawrence :) Also to top it off I choose my frequency of when I need my deliveries. Lawrence has a huge heart, is very passionate about good water and SO SWEET! I love alkaline water and i love this place. By drinking alkaline water, either because of liking the taste or b/c of true health attributes, I began drinking a lot more water and loosing... a fair amount of weight. Hate to use that cheesy line as a selling point, but it's true and maybe worth sharing. When I don't have time to juice, I drink alkaline water in the mornings and it helps hydration (obviously) but more importantly my digestion and how I feel and the kind of food I feel hungry for. If it's only a placebo- I'll take it. But I don't think it is. Relatively affordable. Cheaper and better for the environment than bottled water (another obvious point).
