When it rained shortly after, water came through those openings and caused damage to the ceiling in our dining room below. This was entirely preventable and directly tied to the installation. What's more concerning is what happened next. I've spent weeks trying to get this resolved. I've been in contact with their employee (Elizabeth), who acknowledged the issue and repeatedly said it would be taken care of. Despite those assurances, there has been zero follow-through. Communication has been inconsistent at best, and more recently I've been completely ignored. At this point, the issue is no longer just the damage; it's the lack of accountability. Mistakes happen. Ignoring a customer after causing property damage is a much bigger problem. If you're considering this company, just be aware: the install may go well, but if something goes wrong, you may be on your own. I'm still hoping they step up and resolve this properly, but based on my experience so far, I would proceed with caution.

She said they can come out on November 28. I wasn't home that day because it was a holiday. I followed up again the following week to see when someone can come out. Once again, no initiative from their end. I have to contact them to ask for a follow-up. Someone did come out and some work on the top of the patio. It happens to rain on December 23 and the same drips I pointed out back in November is still there. I don't think I can recommend this business to any friends or family. The quality of work is not to par.
