These gentlemen put such exemplary, work into my small job, that it feels like it was over and above any expectation I had. While they were EXPEDIENT on this job,, they made sure to fully finish each step to perfection before moving onto the next step. When I was inquiring about a quote, Jose responded within FIVE MINUTES, came by to do a quote on his way into town and had pricing to me within an hour. While, I mentioned this was a small job, I am so very grateful and blessed that God brought this QUALITY company and PROFESSIONAL crew to work at my home. These gentlemen were PUNCTUAL and ON TIME, very COURTEOUS, took great CARE of my backyard and are some of the HARDEST WORKING contractors I've ever encountered. It's always the small steps that make a huge difference in the long run; allowing the support posts to cure for a full day, using color matched and galvanized screws instead of nails, extra horizontal supports (because this is a very windy city) and making sure that it was sealed and wood stained to match. I had my patio installed in February of 2023 , I had many quotes and I found that his pricing was comparable and fair , Jose was very friendly and professional . I selected my options from color finish and style and added recessed lighting. You do supply your own fans . The install was completed in 1.5 days . I have no complaints I LOVE you he way my new yard looks , he assisted me with filing and getting permits with city of Beaumont and also submitted plans request of work approval with my HOA . I would definitely recommend and refer others to Jose . Work was professional quick and looks great . After 6 months of looking , I found a "Licensed Contractor Jose" thru a referral from a friend. In a retirement community, I have seen from our friends contractor asking for more money , projects taking up to 9 months to finish. Jose was different. He has Character ! Always on time, 7 am construction begins. In 2 weeks and wait period of 3 weeks for cement to hardened ( Achoring bolts for Gazibo ) , my landscaping job was done . Rocks , cedar wood chips, concrete work , electrical stub up and gas line & Install a Costco Gazibo 12 ' x 14 ' . Why is that ? Jose has the skill, crew and equipments that save time and money. Imagined he has ( 2 ) Ram 6 wheel power truck, trailers with "Power Take Off " ability, laser guided measuring land tools. All my sections are square and straight. I now experienced the 100 + customers felt " Contentment " People on a budget : price is negotioable and FAIR for all side He completeley understand Timeline and schedule. I'm very happy that I chose Jose for my patio cover project. I got several quotes from different contractors and everyone's prices were very high. What I liked about Jose was his price and suggestions on what color my patio should be. I was going towards a plain boring color, but he recommended me to do 2 different colors to give it some contrast. Another thing that I liked was his recommendation for me to add a water mist for my patio instead of a fan. My house is in Coachella, so there really was no point in adding a fan if it was just going to blow hot air. I'm very happy with the decision I made and love the outcome and quality. read more

We decided to remodel our bathroom, replacing the fiberglass shower enclosure, vanity counter and floor. Jose (Chuy) Rosales had done work for us previously, both inside and outside our home. The quality of work and their demeanor has always been excellent. For this job, they made great suggestions for how the curb should be tiled, and they gave us options for the soap/shampoo niche. Once they started the work, they were there every day, except for a brief time while we waited for the delivery of the shower head. we are beyond pleased with our new patio cover. inland remodeling and construction did a fantastic job and we are so excited to make good use out of this patio for years to come! we were referred to them by our previous neighbors because they had positive reviews as well, so when the time came to it we scheduled an estimate. they showed up on time, drafted an estimate, which was affordable for the quality and what we included in the service. we opted for 6 LED lights, 2 outlets (one at top for string lights), and two post lights installed on the outer corners. the job was finished in a day and a half. they cleaned up after the work was done and it was actually cleaner then when they first started. communication was excellent and everything that was agreed upon was completed. would recommend to family and friends! read more
