I'm not really sure why I did business with them. Won't do it again. They seem to always be on the defensive. My carpet is not the same as the sample I gave them but they insisted it is. She can't see the difference, clearly there is a difference but she doesn't want to see it. Oh it's like pulling teeth. Dry and brash. Oh I dislike people who can't accept when they are wrong.

Nine months later, my carpet needs replacing. All About Floors refused to replace the carpet or help me in any way. I am now faced with the cost of replacing of over 1000 feet of carpet, ten months after installation. If you go to All About Floors, don't expect them to take any responsibility for the work once it's done.
